Best gym in town! They have so many equipment choices and offer water, protein drinks, protein bars, macro meals and snacks all for purchase for a fair price! Great trainers on site! 24 hours access! Great monthly and yearly rates!

Absolutely stellar place to work out and get in shape! The people are most friendly and helpful if one needs assistance. It's the best gym in our area with the greatest equipment. There's literally everything a person needs to tone up and stay fit. The owner is always very kind and is a super person. It's conveniently located between Kingsport and Johnson City on Highway 36, next to the new Dollar General in Colonial Heights. I like that at the end of the year and into January, a person may purchase an annual membership at a discounted price. It's well worth it, for sure, as many members are loyal for a reason.
