Extremely clean and friendly staff! Safe. All the machines work. Smaller free-weight area (1 squat rack (Hammer Strength) + one smith machine, no deadweight platform or bumper plates, but they have floor mats). Everything you need to get the job done!

Out of all the ATC fitness I've been to soon as I walked in everything looks brand new the shower was so clean I felt like I was in a hotel great job guys I'll definitely be back

I’ve always been curious about ATC from what I see in the commercials. I decided to do a week pass and visited different locations. I was not impressed at all, the equipment is so so so outdated, locker rooms are absolutely horrible. Some of the locations are so small and tight. Especially the Germantown location, I was just there yesterday and it’s literally like a shoebox. The only location that I actually liked was Collierville. It’s a nice size, it’s crazy how the cardio machines are more up to date vs other machines there as well. The Memphis locations just suck, because it’s “Memphis”. All the Memphis locations are in need of a major renovation overhaul for sure! There’s better gyms in the area that offer better quality, ATC is poor quality and just isn’t it for me.
11/15/24 update, so after leaving this review. A sales person from ATC fitness looked me up on LinkedIn and viewed my profile. How weird, strange, creepy/stalker-ish is that!

Poor response! Tried to contact them and reached out! No response! I went to ATC fitness to talk to the representative but! People are inside no one is opening the doors! This happened couple of times! IDK what is happening!

I visited the ATC Fitness in Germantown two days in a row. I was greeted by a kind gentleman whom answered my questions about the gym membership, members were cordial, and good security entering the building. After joining, I set-up an appointment to have help with where to initiate workingouts to reach my health goals. I will make regular visits.

Kinda small for your typical atc fitness but they have all the necessities. I would recommend they provide medicine balls as I was looking for these but instead made use of a 10lb weighted plate. Other than no complaints.

I work out at ATC Fitness on Exeter in Germantown (7/22/20). Today, a young worker named Jordan and l had an altercation. Within 1 hour of me reporting it to ATC Corporate, the ATC Area Mgr. Jim Arth contacted me and apologized for his employees actions. That was great customer service Jim!

This ATC is a great facility. A wonderful workout environment. You always want a place where you can go and focus on exercising and nothing else. It’s clean, safe, and enjoyable all for working out. Lexi Bonds, Collyn Murray, and Chloe Murphy as well as the rest of the staff there are very welcoming and respectful and over all wonderful staff members and make this gym more like a home away from away everyday.

The staff at ATC on Exeter seems to me to be some of the nicest people that work in the gym industry. While the staff at the Forest Hill location are also amazing, staffers at the Exeter location go above and beyond expectations to make sure their customers have the best experience. My husband and I have been members for several years but in the last 18 months we have really started working out regularly. I cannot think of a better place to spend 7 mornings a week exercising than ATC - Exeter. The staff is friendly and courteous. They greet you when you come in and wish you a good day when you leave. The equipment is plentiful, top notch and the cleanliness, especially in this COVID-19 atmosphere, is spot on. During the time the center was closed due to the pandemic, I was actually saddened because I couldn’t go walk the treadmill my 3 1/2-4 miles each day. I never thought I could miss exercising each day but I did!!! Matt, Lexie and the other members of the ATC team are an asset to this business. Great job you guys! 🤗
