Clean. There are too many elliptical machines and treadmills. There could be more weights instead. Those machines are NEVER over occupied. Other than that, it's definitely worth joining.

I've been to gyms all over the South.
ATC Germantown is always clean and machines are in good shape.
Angie & Hannah do a great job of running that place.
After 430pm until about 6pm, it's teenager daycare time. So I try to stay away around those times.
A special shout out to the guys that slam their weights: "You must be really strong".

I have a membership to all ATC locations and can personally say this is the best run location. It is spotless and employees are always cleaning. Restrooms are cleaned daily and machines are always working. I would recommend Forrest Hill location to anyone looking for a place to work out. Plenty of equipment and friendly staff

Cancelling becomes an issue. I was told since I asked before signing about charges and cancellation before new cicle that cancelling 10 days before new cicle would result in no charge for new coming cicle. Nevertheless, they gave a hard time about this saying it was supposed to be 30 days before. Mind that I had signed in only two days before. Well, during the whole cancelation transaction the charged me the next month and Tory told me, oh well I’m sorry the didn’t tell you right information. Super unethical while passive aggressively taking your money. By the way, she has a terrible attitude as well. STAY AWAY.

In the free wight area, the Weight stations constantly a mess. Different weights are all sandwiched in on the same bar, The weight station has no weights on it, The bar is missing on the floor somewhere etc. if you enjoy, scrambling all over the gym to find the weights that you need to lift, you’ll enjoy this gym

Facilities are ok but GOOD LUCK cancelling. In spite of numerous attempts to cancel, call and send the "email form" I ended up having to place a "MERCHANT BLOCK" on my credit card to stop these thieves from billing me for a membership i don't use.

It’s a great value for a place to exercise. Only issues are the bathrooms are not great and need updating and the tvs on the equipment are not great and often don’t work. But it’s a good value to work out.

The Germantown ATC is my favorite all time gym as I have been a member of 5 or 6 in the past. It has everything I need and doesn’t have the things I don’t. One of the staff, Hana, her smile would cheer anyone up, she jumps at the opportunity to help and she is detail conscientious in her work. All the staff is great. It is the cleanest gym I have ever been in.

I moved to a different state in April 2022 ($314). I have called each month about my membership and they tell me each month they are sorry and it won't happen again and it is cancelled. I wouldn't trust them with any form of $$. I had to report it as fraud to my bank. Just ridiculous.

Poor customer service! I walked into ATC on Forest Hill Irene which I had been a member before to inquire about re-joining. This was the most rude experience I've ever encountered at any establishment. He gave me a blank stare after letting me in. He did not greet or speak to me after I said hello twice. Well, after the second hello, he said yeah, what's up? I was taken aback by his demeanor and lack of professionalism that I walked out without joining. ATC and other businesses I'm finding here in Memphis need to teach their front desk attendants at the very least how to greet and treat potential customers. If they do not have the right personality, they do not need to be at the front desk!

When I say I have NOT HAD A BETTER GYM EXPERIENCE!!! I MEAN IT!! Seriously the staff made my experience incredible. It was so nice growing close to them- they are each so kind, so dedicated to their job, and so consistently welcoming!!! I always looked forward to going to workout because it felt like going to see my friends!! Matthew Murray and his team have continued to make me proud to be an ATC member. I was always greeted with a smile and felt like home going there!! It really has that “home gym” feeling, and the staff ensures of that!! I recommend ATC full-heartedly, and specifically G-town, for holding it down like no other!!

Been a member for over two years now. Love the staff and manager. I have two rather small complaints. It feels like the ownership spends more on adding new gyms than adding value to the current ones they have. It took forever to get a new squat rack and they still don’t have any bumper plates to do any type of Olympic lifting, which brings me to my other issue. Scale down on the cardio equipment. There are a lot of them and they are never fully used. Since space is limited, why not remove some and add some more machines, bumper plate areas, or HIIT area.

Again, I love the gym and enjoy the people who are there, just wish we could get a little more for people who want to grow in areas other than a treadmill.
