I quit Planet Fitness and joined ATC! Best decision ever. Just worked out at their Millington location and it was clean, not too crowded, had all the equipment I needed and Wendy at the front desk was so nice. ATC Fitness is the best in the Mid-South hands down!

This location is disabling the key tags for the app, which could make it more complicated than going to the gym has to be. Some people don’t even have phones and they refuse to let you choose between the app or key tag. Honestly the worst decision this gym has ever made and I don’t advise putting the effort to deal with the app or the gym.

I definitely like this location more than the Brighton location. It's cleaner. You can tell someone pays attention to the locker room. There's way more privacy when taking showers, and the water gets really hot! I love a good hot shower! I had to force myself to get out, LBVS.

I love their tanning beds, most of the people that work there are very kind and helpful. Some are rude and act like they are better than anyone else. They need to take some lessons from Planet fitness, where no one is judged by the way they look

ATC Fitness is it worth while investment The Establishment that I go to has an excellent selection of machinery and equipment, and the employees there are excellent. If I have a business question or a workout question, any of them are more than qualified to answer those questions.

The biggest thing I liked about ATC fitness is that you can go at anytime that you want to.

Half of the treadmills don't work and if they do, the tv on them doesn't and hasn't for years. Equipment breaks and they either don't fix it or it takes months to repair or replace. And sometimes you'll be happily greeted in the morning to a locked door and have to turn around and go home. It's the best in the area but needs ALOT of work

I reviewed this gym negatively a few weeks back, but I'm really glad to report that it has greatly improved. The staff are friendly, they give me a boost in confidence and keep me on track with my gains. I don't think I'd prefer any other gym.

The staff was very pleasant. Also, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and understanding. I experienced much encouragement on my first day after expressing my hopes, concerns and goals for myself within the context of working out at the gymn. The exercise bike was comfortable, clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of paper towels and spray cleanser was readily available, too. I look forward to my next visit!

I joined ATC after briefly joining Planet Fitness. I like the "go hard or go home" energy of ATC. I like the lack of pretense from ATC. It's just a great gym all around.

This facility has to many pieces of equipment down and unable to use. Two of the three stationary bikes are down and have been for months. Facility cleanliness is great.

I'm here every day..I love that they are open 24 hours and that you can even come here on holidays since you use your scanner to get on the door. It's always clean and everyone is friendly.

Two subtracted because the Millington location frequently has people not wearing masks to socialize for durations that last my entire workout.

Doesn’t seem to make sense that the rest of us wear them for safety in the midst of a pandemic while a few regulars can just disregard precautions to hang out on the machines

Three remaining because I’ve been a fan of the gyms otherwise for a long time.
Just maybe show consistency and monitor things better if you’re gonna be open during a pandemic.

Always clean. Good availability of machines. Hate the TV audio on all the cardio equipment. Really bad. This place is fine for a workout but they could amp up the wow factor with wi-fi and better TVs.
