I enjoyed lagree classes here, but the gym management/billing completely ruined it for me.

I signed up for a 12 month lagree membership but injured my wrist on their machine about a month into that. I let BC Block know that I couldn’t use my membership, so they put me on a medical pause (no documentation required and no issues at the time).

When I reached out again to continue the pause (because my wrist hadn’t healed), I was suddenly told I needed a doctor’s note because pauses “over 2 months” require documentation. That was confusing since I had already been on pause for 3 months with no mention of this policy. They told me they were being “consistent,” even though this was the opposite of how my situation had been handled previously.

I provided the medical note, but instead of continuing the pause as discussed, I was told a medical pause extends the original membership; essentially adding months to the contract for each month I was injured. That makes no sense for a medical restriction.

Across multiple messages, the tone was condescending, rude, and dismissive, and getting direct answers was difficult. They ignored my messages and were just generally unwilling to work with me or be helpful in any way. At the end of the day, it’s just bad business.

I genuinely liked the classes and studio, but the communication and downright refusal to work with a member that has a documented injury (one that happened using their equipment) is really disappointing and disheartening.

I don’t think anyone goes into a membership thinking they’re going to be injured. But God forbid you have an injury that prevents you from using your membership, because they definitely won’t work with you on that.

Wow this place is stunning! I don’t know what I was expecting but I was still blown away when I came in. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I loved the teachers I took. Unfortunately, almost as soon as I started my membership I dislocated my knee (in a separate instance unrelated to BC Block). I thought I was just going to have to suck it up and pay anyway since I started the month long trial, but I reached out to them and they graciously offered to pause the membership until I have a recovery plan in place and also offered to connect me with an employee that does PT. Honestly, SUCH nice people. Such a nice facility. I definitely plan on coming back.

The programming is consistently top-notch—challenging, well-structured, and thoughtfully planned to help you make real progress without burning out. Absolutely LOVE this gym! I’ve been a member for almost 3 months now, and can definitely notice an improvement in my overall fitness. The group classes are super motivating, and all of the coaches have been so nice. I love that there is a mix of all skill levels, and all of the classes are adjustable to your own fitness level. As a runner, I am pleasantly surprised at how much the Tread classes have improved my speed and endurance. Plus they make running super fun with great music and coaches cheering you on! The equipment is all top-notch, and the entire facility is kept very clean. Also, the entire gym community has been so welcoming - there’s nothing better than a good workout with good people :)

Popped in for a quick workout while in town. I'm into powerlifting. This is not a powerlifting gym but I enjoyed myself greatly nonetheless. The coach and clients were all great.

Dropped into a class while visiting for Nashville for the weekend. I was intimidated when I showed up (it seemed like almost everyone was there was crazy fit), but I ended up feeling very welcomed. The coach Charlie walked me through everything before class started, and the girls I was paired up with for the circuit were very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to change out the weights on my barbell!

This class was tough, but scalable. The format of the day was 6 station circuit varying between cardio and strength, but the biggest shocker for me was that between stations everyone ran up a hill outside..lol. But they offered the bike as an option instead, which plenty of people did. I was sufficiently sweaty after this class and I will definitely be back if I ever come back to Nashville!

Super dope gym! 🙌 The programming rocks - every Monday is legs, Tuesday’s is chest and back, etc and Fri/Sat are full body conditioning which gives real nice structure, but the moves and formats change up every week which keeps it fresh and fun. Coaches are friendly, super knowledgeable, and emphasize form big time. Lots of classes (as early as 530am and as late as 630pm). Parking is on premises, free, and gated which is nice for being in the city, and their music is always on point. Also, not every gym does a great job of emphasizing stretching and dynamic warmups/cool downs but every class has a 10-15min sesh baked in which is nice for keeping injuries away.

This spot has been such a great part of my move to Nashville - thank you Shawn, Charlie, Stephen, Rose, and the rest of the BC team!

My friend and I did a drop in class recently on our trip to Nashville and it was incredible! Both trainers were super engaged and hands on, and made it fun (even after a few too many bevvies the night before). Would absolutely recommend adding this into your Nashville itinerary! Also, major bonus points for the fluffy golden retriever who provided excellent motivation.

I've been a member at BC for just about 5 years now and let me tell you... BEST programing (Coach Carmen) by far and the most AMAZING community! Every coach is incredible and very welcoming to ALL. Not only are they super knowledgeable but they make each class fun. The workouts are never the same and I am always sore! It's sooo easy to get addicted to this place (hence the 5 years). I’ve been a member at BC Gym since 2019 and it truly has been the best decision for me. Before BC working out felt like a chore, but now I look forward to going to the gym. I've been a member of BoothCamp Gym since 2019. Prior to that, I had memberships at multiple gyms but never felt a sense of community. I never knew a soul at the gyms I went to, and it felt quite lonely. If that's how you feel about your current gym, then come try BoothCamp. Shawn Booth has really built something special with this place. You can find many HIIT workouts around town but none like the ones that Carmen Morgan and Shawn Booth create. They are well trained, professional workouts that are intense and never the same. I personally have seen my own physical health thrive through being a member here. Through BC, I have met some of my best friends! THANK YOU SO MUCH BC!

I love going to BC! I grew up a runner and always enjoyed working out but also always felt a little intimidated and lost in the weight room. The coaches and programming at BC have been amazing though! The coaches are not only very friendly, but also knowledgeable and approachable. I never feel like I have to sacrifice good form/technique to cram in reps. BC is a fantastic gym! They have workouts that push you to your next level, AND they are comprised of a super kind and knowledgeable staff that makes sure you’re maximizing your efforts by paying attention to form, stretching, and encouraging modifications for your particular body’s flow. I’ve taken classes by all of the trainers at BC and they’re all awesome. Since moving to Nashville in 21’ it took me a second to find a gym that encompassed challenging (yet doable for all levels)workouts and a staff that knows what’s up. BC’s facility is in a safe location where parking is always available, and they even have an app that you can directly book your workouts with. I’m extremely grateful that a place like BC exists. To anyone looking for a place to start, continue, or pop in for a fun workout, BC is a fantastic choice!

I went to BC Gym on February 14th straight from the airport, the atmosphere was really cool. Carmen is an amazing person and a badass coach! She explained all the exercises and guided the class step by step, so it is for all the levels, definitely coming back for a workout next time I’m in Nashville!

To all nashville newcomers—joining this gym immediately upon moving to Nashville was one of the best choices I could’ve made for myself. I’ve been a member for almost 2 months now. I’ve been challenged physically, challenged mentally (what was that combo again?), I’ve made new friends & connections, and overall it’s simply what I look forward to 5-6x a week. I’ve come to learn your Fridays (!), Saturdays, and Mondays tend to be the most intense (think HIIT/EMOMS/AMRAP burn outs), and Tuesday through Thursday programs tend to be more mind-muscle connection and focus is more on the weights/lifting heavy (which I enjoy most). You’ll find a groove that works for your body’s preferences, because there’s variety here. All the coaches make it a point to learn your name, correct your form, and have unique hype styles (and playlists) you’ll definitely appreciate. I typically change my workout routine up every 8 weeks, but it looks like you might be stuck with me.

I can go on and on about how amazing BC is! I moved here from Chicago 2 months ago and was looking for a gym that not only had great workouts, but also a close-knit community! From my very first day, everyone has been so welcoming and really made me feel apart of the BC fam. All of the coaches bring a different vibe and energy to the classes (the playlists are amazing)!

The coaches make the effort to ensure everyone is feeling confident and encouraged throughout the workout. Whether you have never stepped foot into a gym, or it’s your second home, the BC coaches make you feel included! They modify anything that is needed and will come and help make sure your form is correct!

I recommend this gym to everyone I meet and also make visitors check it out while they are in town! I promise after one class you will be hooked!

I have been a kickboxing coach for the past 12 years and recently retired from coaching to slow down and focus more on recovering from a shoulder injury. I started going to BoothCamp about a month ago and out of all the places I have worked and worked out at this is BY FAR THE BEST GYM IN NASHVILLE. The BEST gym in Nashville! 10/10 *in-house* Programming - well thought out & sustainable for any age, shape, or fitness level. After a month, you'll be shocked by your changes physically and mentally. 10/10 Community - Judgement is left at the door, everyone's there with same goal. I have been a member at Boothcamp for 3.5 years now and cannot imagine being a member anywhere else (despite all the other class style gyms I have tried with friends around town). One of the things I love most about Boothcamp is the amazing membership community they have built and maintained over the years. The coaches at Boothcamp are also some of best people I've ever worked with. They are kind, knowledgeable, diversly trained and certified... and they all have their own unique killer playlists. The BC coaches really know how to motivate and push members to their own unique limits, while still making sure they are safe, comfortable, and pain/injury free. If you have a personal health/wellness goal you are working to achieve, just talk to them (they are all super approachable and eager to help) and they'll make sure you're setup on a path to success.

One thing I really appreciate about BC and their programming is that each day's class is always different and unique. It keeps things fresh and exciting, and I always look forward to seeing what new challenges are in store for us. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, there's something for everyone at Boothcamp.

Overall, I highly recommend Boothcamp Gym to anyone looking for a great gym with top-notch coaches and a super fun / inclusive member community. It's definitely worth checking out!

Amazing instructors! They are always friendly and welcoming when you walk through the door and push you to do your best in class. I’ve always felt comfortable asking them questions too when I need help. I started going here just to get a consistent workout in every week, not necessarily focused on losing weight - just wanted to be active but after going 2x a week for 3 months I started getting a ton of comments from friends and coworkers asking what I had been doing because of how much more toned I look.
