Great car wash. Just switched my membership from Pure Magic to Harper's. The do a much more thorough job of pre treating your car before you go through the was. Not just a cursory spray of the drivers side. Plus cheaper on a monthly basis and a better product. Highly recommend.

I've been training with Ben for over a year and he has quickly become a great resource and influence, but most importantly a great friend over this time period.
He will create training plans that work with your goals and help you realize the important things that matter most when training.
Before Ben, I was consumed with numbers and ego lifting. After a couple of in person sessions, he taught me the importance of slowing it down and creating tension in the muscles. From that point on, I've changed the way I trained thanks to Ben's guidance.
Ben gives his 110% in everything he does and I can't think of a trainer that cares more about his clients' success.

I did not do in-person training except for the initial complimentary assessment through Frank's Body Shop. I signed up for the curated personal training package where Ben would discuss my goals and needs with me and tailor a training regimen to meet those goals. He was always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He was able to tailor the training regimen to the days I had available, and he used an app that helped me track my previous workouts. He also included video guides to any new workout exercises he assigned me.

Ben is fantastic! I have been on a fitness journey for a few years but needed to get some help to really see the progress I wanted. I started training with Ben and my physique started to change I was getting stronger but I wasn’t exactly where I wanted to be. Then he started this clean and lean challenge that was really eye opening for me. I struggle a lot with food and eating real food but this has helped me a lot I have already seen so many changes and I’m excited to keep going with this and meeting all the goals I have for myself.

Ben is an fantastic trainer. He gives clear instructions and corrections on form. He also explains the why and how for each exercise. He's patient but keeps up the pace.
I signed up with Ben mainly for corrections on form and for more efficient weight lifting routines after losing roughly 20 lbs. So far, it's been excellent. I'm seeing and feeling results. Solo workouts have improved. He's easy to work with and took a lot of the mystery out of "the correct way to do X thing".

I had never worked out or been in a gym before I was 42 years old. Ben helped me easily become comfortable in the gym, and showed me the proper way to use the equipment. Now I’m member of 2 gyms and go every day, sometimes twice.
My man is capable, comfortable, and CONSISTENT. Not to mention just a good all around dude.

Ben is a wonderful trainer who is always pushing himself to learn more and provide even more value for his clients. I started working with him to get comfortable in the gym using the equipment and he has taught me so much about the machines and form. He is very attentive to form and gives easy to understand cues to correct it if something isn’t looking or feeling right, while at the same time never making you feel embarrassed if you’re doing something incorrectly. He is very personable and easy to talk to but he’s also not afraid to push you to work harder when necessary.
