Bot's Boxing isn't just for boxing enthusiasts like head trainer Kevin. Boxing is about speed, balance, and hand-eye coordination. The only boxing class of its kind in the greater Memphis area, boxing can help lower your golf handicap, hit more homeruns, get more sacks, have the energy for overtime, finish that marathon you've been wanting to run, while building confidence, self-esteem, and learning self-defense. During our hour long classes, we have people from all walks of life with their own unique goals training together. I called on a whim to give my kids the chance to try a new activity. Coach Kevin was so helpful on the phone, and my sons love it! We did a couple private lessons to build confidence and are doing the classes now and look forward to it every week. The kids are DRENCHED in sweat and happy afterwards. There are people with multiple skill levels, each getting individual attention with interesting drills. My kids are having a great time and really enjoy their coach, too.

I was calling with a phone number from Texas because I’m interested in box class and a men responds to my call with “what do you want I don’t know nobody from Texas” I think nobody can have a phone number from Texas or another city living here in Memphis.
