Burn Boot Camp in Spring Hill, TN features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Absolutely incredible experience at Burn Boot Camp Spring Hill!

From the moment you walk in, the energy is contagious. Every trainer — Tyler, Sam, Clair, Amanda, Kaitlin, Sara, and Jamie — brings something special to the floor. They know your name, they push you just the right amount, and they genuinely care about your progress. Each camp feels like a personal training session surrounded by an amazing community that cheers you on.

Tyler keeps the workouts fun but intense, always mixing it up so you never get bored. Sam’s attention to form and encouragement makes even the toughest sets feel possible. Clair has an awesome way of motivating you when you’re ready to give up. Amanda brings so much positivity and heart that you can’t help but smile through the burn. Kaitlin and Sara are both incredible at creating challenging yet empowering workouts. And Jamie is the perfect mix of tough love and humor — she’ll make you laugh and sweat at the same time!

This location has such a family feel — everyone supports each other, celebrates wins big and small, and leaves stronger every day. So many people had been telling me about Burn and how it would change my life. I hesitated for a while and I often regret that decision because it was THE best decision to join. My live has changed so much since I joined over 2 years ago. I've been nicotine free for over a year, I fit in my clothes better, I have energy to play with my kids, I'm just all around happier!! Yes, it's challenging but so worth it. It's also fun and it comes with so many perks and my favorite is the community. I've been at burn Spring Hill since the doors opened 8 years ago. I've had ups and downs along the way but never a time when I wasn't lifted higher or picked up, brushed off and pushed forward. A friend had been bugging me to go with her, but finding the motivation to start going back to the gym after not going for years was difficult, and I didn’t think a class workout environment was for me. I finally gave in and went with her, and after one class I was hooked! I love the trainers, the clean gym, and the supportive sense of community. Burn Boot Camp has been my happy place for the last 7.5 years. It has been a constant in the midst of many different seasons from caregiving and grief to all of the pauses, you know, peri, meno, post etc. The trainers are top notch and can modify for any injuries or issues. I visited Burn Boot Camp at the 12:00pm class to see all they offer. The entire experience was wonderful. The staff was welcoming and introduced me to the instructor and some fellow members. Throughout the class the instructor gave clear explanations for each movement and what to expect. They offered a variety of adaptations depending on your level of fitness and movement mastery. The class I took consisted of a warm up, explanation of the two circuits and how the class would proceed.

Everybody was encouraging through the whole class. The instructor made sure to come talk, help, encourage, and challenege every member. By the end of class I was plenty sweaty and tired, but I also felt accomplished and a part of a beautiful community. All in all, if you're looking for a place for a great full body workout where you can improve your functional fitness and reach your fitness goals while being a part of an amazing, inclusive community, this is the place for you.

I just finished my trial last week and made the jump and signed up for 18 months. I love how involved Chase is when it comes to making sure every single person is pushing themselves. The workouts are intense, but he has a good sense of humor and is very good at making the atmosphere fun which is nice because it pushes me to keep going instead of giving up and quitting. I know that as I get stronger, I will become addicted to coming to every single workout.
