We will teach you how to fortify your body by strengthening your muscles, tendons, and joints, while also teaching you how to create control in greater ranges of motion. Once the foundations are built, we can then explore some amazing skills to do with your body if you choose, like hand balancing.

Ashley has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to handstands. Her classes are fun, challenging and inclusive. She helps each individual progress to the best of their abilities and challenges them to get to the next level, whether it be holding a handstand against the wall, kicking up, tucking up or even working one arm handstands. She curates the classes to meet everyone's needs. She is kind, hard working, and always trying to improve herself and her clients. I really enjoyed her handstand class and the community she has created!

Focusing on efficiency of workout rather than number of reps, (Although the reps are KILLER!) Ashley truly understands body movement and how to make the most of your workouts. Ashley is the best to work with! Iβve been working with Ashley for several years now and I can feel a major change in my body. I was always into cardio but couldnβt really get on track with weights. Ashley has changed that for me! She makes progress attainable and celebrates even the small milestones. I always feel cheered on and taken care of and she really knows what sheβs doing!
