Not worth the price, no amenities offered other than a bathroom and sauna, they nickle and dime you for everything you could possibly think of- would charge you to use the water fountain if they could, and they adhere to the standard slimy business practices when it comes to their membership deals and membership cancellation.

Called around 2 months before my Contract Expired, was told that I needed to let them know I didn’t want to renew my contract and that I wanted to end my membership as soon as my contract expired. When my contract did expire I called to verify that it was indeed ended and they then decided to inform me that I had to email them, and if they didn’t reply to the email then the cancellation process wouldn’t go through. They gave me the run around to try and get every last bit of money they could. Would not recommend them to anyone in the area, would be better off going somewhere else.

Forget about bringing a guest, We been members for over 10 years to FAC (Franklin Athletic Club). My kids were visiting from L.A. They had to pay 20$ per day. Then the girl said well you can pay $50 per week. Like if that's better. Both offers are a complete RIP OFF Super disappointed. They even had their L.A Driver license to show they are not residence of this state. The Gym should be more family friendly.

Pros: very nice and well maintained
Not a ton of people will be in the gym at once
Lots of equipment
Open 24/7
Student discount ($100 start up fee, $40 a month)
Most people know what theyre doing

Cons: one ply toilet paper
Bathrooms are very bad for posing
Fairly expensive if you dont have student discount

Even though its a bit expensive overall very worth it

Went and visited this location after seeing how the grand opening was a success. I usually train in Franklin but with my membership I get access to both location. Both facilities are super clean and the people are fantastic. Leg Days with Logan (a trainer) are the best. He’s (and all of the staff) are super knowledgeable and helpful. Love this place and people. Great community at both locations.

Now that my friend no longer works there, it’s easier to express my experience. Gym is fine but it seems to be the new work out anytime fitness. To sum up my experience, it all started before the pandemic got worse. I was given the option to freeze the account and I did. I was assured there would not be any charges until I told them it was ok. After checking my statements, they charged me the whole time. Then it became a blame game between Carbon and ABC financial, who apparently bills accounts. I talked to two staff members trying to solve this and they never did anything other than to pass it along to a GM. After almost 2 months, I have received several threats by carbon that they will take action if I don’t pay them. Pay them what? If you want a convenient gym, this may be good BUT good luck with the headaches of the membership cancellation. NOT WORTH It
