Chattanooga Fitness Club is a small group personal training, private 1x1 personal training, and nutrition coaching facility located at 3829 Hixson Pike, Chattanooga, TN 37415.
Our built-in social structure and group accountability model makes working out fun and friendly while you get fit! Your sessions will be crafted and led by Certified Personal Trainers in a supportive and encouraging small group setting, all to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
In addition to small group personal training, we also offer private 1x1 personal training and nutrition coaching.

I thoroughly enjoyed the personal training sessions with Josh. He is very thorogh and professional. At the same time recognizes the particular need and capabilities of the participant. Just nudged me a little bit more than my comfort zone & that opened my eyes to my strength and the area that I need to focus on.
If you are a beginner or intermediate level person in this arena -- I highly recommend to give it a try with Josh's personal training session. You will benefit & enjoy!

I really enjoy this fitness facility. The Owner and trainer Josh is very nice, professional and knowledgeable about health and fitness. If there is an exercise that is difficult for his clients, he is quick to modify it to prevent injury. Josh is an amazing coach! He mixes the workouts up so it’s never boring and he is always able to offer modifications. When I started, I had just had wrist surgery. He modified each workout just for me so that I was able to work out in a safe way during recovery.

I’ve been going to Chattanooga Fitness club for 2 weeks and I’ve already lost about 4lbs of body fat. Josh is excellent and knowledgeable, the workouts are fun and challenging, and I love having the nutrition guidance and awesome recipes to help me stick to the program and continue to work towards my goals. I’ve always been overwhelmed by the traditional gym atmosphere, but that’s not the case here; all of the exercises are modeled for you and the classes are always small enough that he can walk around and make sure your form is good and that you’re doing everything properly. I would give 100 stars if I could!

Easily 5 stars and then some. I’ve received individual fitness training with Josh for approximately 12 weeks and have so far lost 24 lbs. This is nothing short of amazing for me, a 62 year old female with a history of back pain who had been working a sedentary job for long hours over many years with no time for exercise! Josh’s training is spot on. He carefully tailors each workout session for me and knows just how far to push me without straining my back and his nutrition training is invaluable as well. I’ve always struggled to be self motivated when it comes to fitness. The team and collective community at Chattanooga Fitness was exactly what I needed to find a passion for my health. Coming off of some health issues, I had lost a lot of muscle strength and gained some weight. I wanted to workout on a one on one basis being an introvert. But joining in on group sessions have really been the best for me. Having the opportunity to meet some really good spirited people.
Consistency , with making sure I keep going. Even if it’s two days out of the week sometimes. I push myself more.
And Gains. Yes you read correctly. Even if it’s 1 or 2 pounds, in reality it’s been more. But my goal is to gain and be toned. And the bonus is it’s a FUN gym ! So in conclusion Thank You Chattanooga Fitness Club with helping me in my personal life journey.

I spent years trying to find a workout routine I could stay consistent with and didn’t hate. I joined Chattanooga Fitness Club in April/May of this year and I have stayed consistent for 6 months now. The community of women here at the club is unlike a lot of other gyms I’ve been to. For the first time, I feel celebrated for getting stronger, and being able to track my progress of the weight I’m lifting in the club’s app is so encouraging. The class times are very manageable, and the trainers are super helpful to ensure good form and help manage progressing how much we lift. I feel so much stronger, healthier, and happier! I was a member a year ago with good results...then stupidly quit and have now come back....had my first work out with Josh today....he pushed me a little but it was a good workout and I don't feel like I am going to die at this point...of course i haven't done leg day yet!! I joined Chattanooga Fitness Club in February of this year and began with a 6-Week Challenge. I had no prior fitness knowledge and was at a loss of where to begin. In those six weeks I lost over 12lbs, and in two months I lost over 20lbs! The program works if you're committed. Show up, do the work, eat your protein, watch your nutrition, drink your water, get your sleep, and push yourself in class. It will work if you let it! I really like that we can sign up for classes via our app, where we also track our workouts each session and can review how we performed in past weeks.
So glad I found this spot, grateful to form relationships with the ladies I attend class with--the community truly makes you want to show up as your best self.

So I'm looking into a gym that offers child care so that I can work out while my kids taken care of. This is one that popped up when I looked up gym memberships with child care. I got an offer on Facebook or something for a free thing and I put in my information for it. I have gotten a call everyday for 6 months now it feels like and mind you it might not be that long but It has been for quite a while. Today my phone disconnected because I live on a mountain and don't have good service when they called me. And I didn't pick up because I was in the middle of handling a child covered and throw up when they called me back. I received a text from them telling me that I'm rude. I can be rude all day, however I wasn't being rude and they don't know the situation they continuously call me I am either busy or doing something and don't answer normally however I did answer today and my phone disconnected and by the time they called me back I was in the middle of cleaning up throw up yet I'm rude. That's really disrespectful and not very caring or considerate of their clients. Which mind you I'm not a client yet Don't you think they'd want to be respectful and caring of my needs and try to get me to become a client. I find that very funny and very rude honestly. But isn't that weird they find me rude. It is what it is but it is quite disgusting their behavior. If they wanted to give me a membership they have my email, they have my phone number, and they have the ability to send me an email text message clearly by calling me rude in a text message. They could just offer me what they want to offer me via text message or email I can accept or decline. However they continuously call me wanting to speak to me but I'm in the middle of something because I'm a mother of three, and a care giver to 5 kids.

Highly recommend the small group classes. The app makes it easy to sign up for classes and track your progress and there are classes throughout the day/week to meet your needs. Joseph is great at breaking down the workout and explaining proper form and theres a great sense of community amongst the other women.

They provide everything you need to be successful. The weekly nutrition coaching has really helped me stay accountable. Seriously…… the BEST gym experience I’ve had period💯!!! Josh, the owner, explains the different and affordable monthly plans and/or challenges, if any currently going on.
I’m over 1/2 through a 6 week challenge. In the past 3weeks, I have lost fat/weight and gained a ton of muscle since starting.
Raven, one of the trainers, is absolutely awesome! No matter what your starting level (for me my starting was basically zero lol) is at, Raven demonstrates the exercises for everyone every time showing you correct posture and emphasizing safety. Best part you have a personal trainer coaching and encouraging you through each workout in a small group session, max is 8 women but my sessions on average have 4 women including myself. The workouts are personalized to who is attending the numerous workout sessions provided throughout the day for your convenience.
Completing a nutritional session once a week is a great added benefit offered to check and keep tract of your progress individualized by your own personal goals.
All you have to do is show up! And the fabulous results appear before you know it!

I did the 6 week challenge back in April! I was able to loose 10 lbs. This was the first time in over a year I was able to get the scale to move after having my first baby!! I gained confidence and throughly enjoyed the community and being pushed to do my best! Everyone is so encouraging and friendly! Each trainer got to know me as a person and challenged me! I previously knew how to workout and eat healthy, but transferring that to motherhood had been a challenge. The nutrition coaching, friends, and knowledgeable trainers were a huge benefit! CFC is the place to be! I absolutely loved my time at this gym. The owner, Josh, was incredibly welcoming from the beginning. He and the other personal trainers did an amazing job leading the workouts which were enjoyable, creative, and challenging enough so I could continue growing. I felt encouraged every time and I walked in and out of the gym. I was able to create a consistent workout routine that fit my schedule AND I had the accountably I needed to make sure I hit my nutritional needs to achieve my goal. I recently visited Chattanooga Fitness Club for a small group personal training session & really enjoyed my visit! The staff was welcoming, & Amanda provided a great group workout & fun atmosphere. There were plenty of laughs shared during the workout, & I left with a couple of new acquaintances... as well as sore legs (lower-body day). Haha.

I’ve been coming to Chattanooga fitness club for about 3 months now and can honestly say this is the best gym membership I’ve ever had. I’ve had memberships at cyclebar, spenga, hotworx, workout anytime, and many more places, but this is the only gym membership that has ever helped me achieve physical results. Every class is different which has helped me avoid burnout and stay consistent. There’s no competition and everyone is so kind, it’s the perfect atmosphere to learn and work hard.

I am an occupational therapist and have a background of being an athlete and participating in crossfit for 3 years. In addition, I have tried out all aorts of group fitness classes throughout the past 10 years.
Chattanooga Fitness Club provides small group fitness classes that are HIIT style workouts.
You are able to make friends, be encouraged by trainers and peers, and exercise at your level of fitness.
The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable about exercise planning and adaptations to maximize the benefit of the workout for a variety of levels in one class.
They are great at attending to each participant and teaching/correcting form as needed without making anyone feel embarrassed.
The small group class setting is super great for all skill levels to make exercising enjoyable and fun while making new friends or participating in exercise with people you already know and love.
Josh, the owner, takes the time to sit down with each client to understand their background, lifestyle, and personal goals to be able to tailor his coaching style for each client, as well as modify the workouts to match client skill level appropriately.
I loved how quickly I felt welcomed by the team and other participants. I enjoy the up beat and small group setting. If you struggle with how to plan your exercising, motivation, and consistency, I highly recommend Chattanooga Fitness Club!

CFC is an inclusive, fun, and encouraging gym. The workouts are always different and unique, and provide a mix of movements with weights, bands, kettlebells, and TRX (to name a few!). Had an Awesome experience at CFC. I’m just starting getting back into working out and went to a Free group session to see how my body felt. The workout wasn’t to intense for my muscles that haven’t been in the gym in awhile it was almost perfect. The instructor was super cool and helpful. I love a challenging, body region focused workout and that's exactly what you'll get from Chattanooga Fitness Club. My upper body was ready for a day of rest after the well designed circuit that kicked my butt! The gym is a beautiful clean and open space and the staff and members were extremely welcoming! Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the workout I did at Chattanooga Fitness Club! The circuits were very beneficial, and the instructors were all very knowledgeable and eager to help when needed. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and I would recommend Chattanooga Fitness Club to anyone who is trying to achieve their fitness goals:)
