Club Knockout Boxing Gym in LaVergne, Tennessee is a non-profit boxing gym that trains people of all ages, starting at 8 years old. We focus not only on the sport and fundamentals of boxing but also character development. Boxing is a skill that is useful for fitness, coordination, confidence, and self defense. In addition to boxing classes, we tutor our students in academics so they excel in school while they develop boxing skills. Our boxers have the opportunity to compete in tournaments and bouts throughout Tennessee. Club Knockout offers after school boxing programs for kids and boxing training programs for adults. Went to their when keth McKnight was coach and was great new dude gave me and my friends little brother the run around said I couldn't join for 3 months because of scheduling and had a outrageous fee pretty sure it's cause we where white just trying to keep the kid out of trouble and build confidence
