My daughter has been going for almost a year and I just signed up my son as well. The coaches annd staff are amazing! They know exactly what they’re doing and they’re all super welcoming!! I had a great experience at D1 Training! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help and encourage you. I worked mostly with Caleb, who was awesome! Caleb provided great support and accountability throughout my training. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, I stayed motivated. If you live in Spring Hill (or visit this area) and are looking for a sparkling clean, well equipped fitness facility, fair pricing with an outstanding staff of professional personal trainers and a wonderful assortment of class times, you won’t be disappointed at D1 Training. It was a great feeling to walk in and be greeted by such a welcoming staff.
I found D1 conveniently located at 1006 Crossing Blvd near the Target and Old Navy stores.
I don’t live in TN, but I am a long time fitness professional who knows the difference between a 5-star rated workout facility and just ordinary. This place is exceptional and has earned its 5 star rating. Every aspect of my visits were positive experiences and I wouldn’t bother going anyplace else in this area.
I contacted D1 before visiting Spring Hill so that I wouldn’t miss my workouts. Gary (owner) graciously allowed me to obtain a one week membership and connected me with a great personal trainer (Brandon) who was very knowledgeable, efficient and fun to train with. I also met Caleb (Manager) and he was personable, caring and helpful in organizing my training time in this facility. I regularly visit this area in Tennessee, and will definitely be scheduling my training sessions and classes here with Brandon and staff every time I return.

My experience at D1 Training Spring Hill has been life changing. My husband, who’s 84 years old and struggles with dementia, mobility issues, and several other health problems has been working out for about 5 years at the recommendation of his doctor. After moving to TN last November, we were looking for a place he could continue his weekly workout. Happily, we found D1 in Spring Hill just a few minutes from home. Everyone there is welcoming and supportive of his unique personality. He is getting a great 30 minute workout and really enjoys it. I enjoy being there and seeing the serious clients do their thing, as well as watching the summer sessions for kids. If you are looking for a great place to workout, whether you are a diehard exercise enthusiast or someone who just needs a no pressure routine, D1 is a great facility.

I have been attending D1 at Spring Hill for a couple of months now, and I couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else. I am new to town, previously an athlete, and a mom of a toddler that was looking to get back into the athletic space that would also come with the environment of hard working people who are there to achieve a goal. I found just that. The trainers at this gym are motivating while also very accomodating to any limitations/injuries. Immediately when I shared I had a fairly recent injury, the trainers were offering advice on how to modify movements and make sure I was strengthening that muscle to avoid any future injuries as well. Throughout the weeks I have been there, I have also felt pushed to do my best and reach higher goals.

D1 Spring Hill has been a revelation for both me and my 12-year-old daughter. Initially, I was under the impression that gyms didn't cater to younger members, but discovering D1's program for kids as young as 7 was a game-changer. Joining with my daughter has not only given her a motivational boost but also added a new shared interest to talk about and connect around.
Since attending D1, I've observed a remarkable improvement in her attitude and wellbeing. This positive atmosphere is fostered by the genuine warmth of the front desk staff and the trainers' palpable passion for our success. Their guidance on form and technique is invaluable, especially for someone like me, keen to exercise safely as I age.
Although I'm no stranger to gym workouts, D1's group classes have introduced me to a dynamic I didn't realize I was missing. The changing weekly workouts keep things fresh and engaging, pushing me to new limits. The sense of community here is undeniable. The supportive and welcoming nature of fellow members makes it an even better gym.
The two biggest hurdles for me were initially stepping into the gym and surviving the first week's soreness. But once you're past that, the energy is addictive. It's an incredible way to kickstart the day and I couldn't be happier with our decision to join D1 Spring Hill. I highly recommend giving D1 a try.

I have been going to D1 fitness for over a year, and it's by far my favorite workout class I've ever attended.
It's a lot of athletic, functional movements like pushing and pulling sleds, with a focus on stretching, and not too much cardio like some other gyms.
It makes me feel like an athlete again, and I also love that there is some in-built culture. We frequently get together as a class for social events or holiday parties.
It's more expensive than other alternatives, but you get what you pay for.
If you like the idea of strength training without too much cardio (but there is some!) and plenty of stretching, then this would be perfect for you.

I am wrapping up my third week of training at D1 in Spring Hill. The coaches, staff, and other members have been very helpful, nonjudgmental, and encouraging. The workouts are designed to challenge you regardless of your current fitness level, while the coach overseas that the proper techniques are being used. Each of the nine classes has been different, so there isn’t the same repetitive routine to get bored with. If you are looking for a change in your daily grind and want to get healthy, I suggest giving D1 a try.

Hello strangers on the internet! I’m an almost 350 lb man and I’ve been going to D1 twice a week for four weeks. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better training experience in all my life, given this is my first, however I can also honestly say that in these last short weeks I have been feeling incredibly better both physically and mentally. Sierra (my trainer) is an absolute legend and all around amazing person. She has pushed me and encouraged me every session and I always feel tired and really good about myself and what I accomplished. If you are struggling to figure out where to start your fitness journey then you can stop right here. I went in with zero idea what I was doing and several attempts to do it on my own and I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get help.

D1 Spring Hill is outstanding! I have coached for many years at all age groups, with young ladies seeking conditioning outside of practice. Well now my daughter wanted to get faster and stronger as a player and we sought out D1 to make this happen 5 visits in she is already seen the rewards by being faster and quicker out of the catching position. Coaches have noticed the difference, she has noticed a difference and is excited for each class. The staff is fantastic they push the clients not just say do this, they have a team aspect to the training. Every coach/trainer knows my daughter by name as well as the owner. This is a standout touch to a training facility that is already a notch above all competition. My experience at D1 Training in Cool Springs was amazing. The trainers know their stuff and push you to do better in all aspects during training. They will not let you slack off and give you tips and how to do it better. They talk to you and make you part of the team and they celebrate your achievements with you. The only reason I am not continuing with this program it's due to economics and nothing to do with the establishment. It was awesome all the way around.

I've been out of the gym for 1.5 years so I needed a gym that would be patient with my return.... this is the one. They have variable training, and different coaches that bring different aspects of exercise to you so your workouts don't get mundane or boring. Each exercise is geared to be different and each coach delivers differently, but all bring good things to the table.
I also like that the coaches take each others classes. It helps with a team atmosphere and a great work atmosphere. You can tell these guys (and gals) truly get along and support each other.
It makes for a great team environment where you also push each other.
They are also good about form correction. You don't get away with hurting yourself.... which is super important to me... they correct you, but also encourage and push you. Overall, a great gym with excellent core values that I can get behind 100%.

I've been going to D1 for a few weeks now and have enjoyed it. The workouts are intense with a mixture of cardio during your warmup and weight training. I have felt welcomed since my first workout and mostly everyone is nice and treats you like a part of the family. The most germane thing to remember is to go at your own pace, be consistent, and patient to see results. The coaches are all great and all have their different strengths. So far I've worked with a few.
Stephen is great at organization and knowing your limits. He is also great at making you feel comfortable even when you're struggling during the workout. He often will help you modify your workouts if you cannot do something and also provides excellent knowledge for tips outside of the gym to help you achieve your goals. Sierra is great at motivating you and helping you to push your limits! Sydney is great at attention to detail and will help you if you're struggling. She also throws in a few jokes every now and then to keep it light!
My only complaint would be that sometimes the workouts move fast and if you aren't great at getting your equipment set up quickly it is easy to fall behind everyone as there isn't really time allotted for set up during a lot of the workouts from my experience so far.

I started D1 as a beginner. I had been in and out of the gym consistently for years and was at a point where I wanted to switch things up. I needed accountability and motivation. Great way to start the day! I was going to the 8am classes but moved to the 6:30. Not feeling rushed before work and ready to get it started. Stephen and Sierra are great coaches. Always providing guidance on form and technique. All the staff at D1 are awesome. Love the workouts. Great mix of strength, cardio and circuit training. The foam roller cool down, just what I need to loosen up tension!

D1 of Spring Hill is such a family. They have been just the community I need to get back on track with my fitness. I’m a former athlete and the workouts fit that lifestyle. They push yet encourage. I would highly recommend this specific gym for the quality of workouts and the people.

I have been going to a "conventional" gym for some time. I recently started at D1 Spring Hill and it's been a total game changer. With the hour workout you get warm up (which I typically hate) strength training, cardio, agilities and a cool down period. great overall body workout. The coaches are amazing. Motivating and supportive. If your form is off they are quick to help you correct it so you're not hurting yourself. I've worked out with 3 different coaches and all are terrific. Highly recommended!

Love that D1 came to Spring Hill. Full on non-stop workout for 55 Minutes. Thank you Gary and Coach Sierra for pushing us in the 6:30am class. If you are looking for full body athletic training, I highly recommend D1 Spring Hill and look forward to seeing everyone there.

My 10 year old daughter started training at D1 as extra conditioning for travel soccer. We have been nothing but pleased with coach Katie. She pushes the kids to challenge themselves and she is so encouraging. My daughter looks forward to her D1 workouts every week. We’re so happy to have a D1 in our town.

I honestly love working out at D1. The coaches here are quick to correct form, encourage and push you, and make an effort to get to know you. Tbh, never thought I would be someone who cared enough to write a review for a gym, but I really believe in what D1 is doing, and I want everyone I love to join me here in the mornings.
