Awesome family spot. Has something for everyone, a track for running, walking , a couple tennis courts. They also hold soccer and softball games. And inside the center they have very nice workout equip. The employees there work very hard to keep it clean and sanitary. Jeannette is the best employee if she is at the main desk when you go let her know she does a great job

I physically picked my 69 year old mother out of bed, took her to every gym location in Southaven/Olive Branch over the next week, chose their branch in Southaven to try to help my mother, because she was almost unable to move since she’d been sitting in bed so long.

After all of that, $1600 between her and I for the membership and what was to be 12 hour long sessions with the personal trainer named Jordan Tocco, aka Jordan Miinch. Instead, we got 8 sessions at around 45 minutes each before my mother obtained an injury on Jordan’s watch. After 9 weeks in the Southaven location, I the. Spent the next 9 weeks taking her to physical therapy to get through the injury she sustained. Not once did Jordan tell her bosses what had happened.

9 months later I came in to get a cancellation in with their company before the year of platinum membership that I paid for was up. I was told I needed a “reason to cancel.” I gave them one as their manager, Nicole is standing at the front desk, never once telling me who they are, but calling the fitness director, Gene, up to the front after hearing it’s about one of his underlings.

After a brief confrontation where I ask him specifically, “ Why is my money worth less to you than any other person to walk through your door?”, he has nothing but excuses. But he did say one thing that’s interesting, saying “look, Dustin, you and your mother were possibly the worst cases I had ever seen walk through the door.”

Again, I ask with no reply, WHY WOULD THE FITNESS DIRECTOR GIVE HIS LEAST EXPERIENCED TRAINER TO THE WORST HE’S EVER SEEN? There is only one answer; simply to put Jordan on the floor with personal training to get her experience.

The manager, Nicole, as a witness to what he said, says to me, “I hopes there would be a resolution, but I guess not.” How worthless of a manager must you be to see for yourself, hear it, that your fitness director took advantage of us and then expect him to offer any sort of real world resolution. I could hear it in his voice that he knew there was a problem here the whole time and he did nothing until the problem is there in his face. Even still all he had to say was “we can fix this.” He knows that a lie. He said himself the first day I met him that, “if Betty (my mother) gets hurt, then she won’t be back.” So, he knows what he said that day was hogwash.

I will continue to find ways to remind you what failure you’ve accomplished here until said time as the owners of this company grow a pair and call my mother with an apology. Gene and Jordan owe her one, as well, one for not listening, the other for not doing your job. What kind of a person with this profession would snake her duties out at 45 minutes instead of the hour we paid for? A lazy, dishonest one.

You have one of the easiest jobs there is to have and you can’t make it the hour we paid for? Ridiculous company with even more ridiculous workers .

Spoke with Nicole on the phone, was very rude and unprofessional. She was condescending, not helpful, and was completely comfortable doing it to a costumer. Managment needs to do something about this.

I wish it was possible to give this place zero stars because I wouldn’t have thought twice about doing so. The manager Bailey Vandegrift is a sad excuse for a manager. Now don’t get me wrong I’m more than willing to follow a dress code but the first time she told me she gave me no explanation and all I wore was a hoodie over my sports bra so yes to prevent from passing out I did take it off because again she gave me no reason as to why I had to wear it. The second time I put it on and kept it on because she explained the policy! But the next and LAST time I came to this gym she stared at me my entire workout despite following dress code. And that’s extremely uncomfortable coming from anybody, man or woman. Not only that but it’s childish especially in a manger role and i’m pretty sure that’s also harassment!!! Grow up and worry about the kids you’re supposed to be training instead of staring at someone who is simply working out. It’s not cute to be a bully.

I moved from Southaven to the Collierville area so switched to this DAC location. The staff is friendly & facility is clean, however it's much smaller, no pool or Sauna and the Equipment is older and nowhere near as nice; yet I pay the same monthly fee??
I won't continue as a member if they don't update their equipment soon.

DAC Collierville best gym in the area. Great Trainers, Great Classes and great facility. Everyone works together there to motivate each other and assist each other in achieving your own personal fitness goals. Not a gym that you will ever feel awkward walking into. Love it!

I love going to the classes! The instructors are so great; they make the workout fun for all levels with no judgement. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gym. I had always avoided group classes, but I decided to give them a try at DAC and I’m so glad I did!

They have a very nice facility but there are some members of the staff that are disrespectful and rude. But other than that they have good trainers and the great facilities.

Just renovated this facility into a training facility for adults and young and older athletes. There are great programs and trainers for you to help meet your fitness goals. With a general access membership they do a functional movement screen, and give you personalized program design and re asses you every month to track progress to help you meet your goals, again with the basic program. They also offer many levels of group to semi private group and also personal 1 on 1 training options.
