Came in from out of town. This studio is nice, the mirrors are big and clean, the rental equipment was really nice(all included in the price)
The teacher Julianna was a wonderful teacher who reminds me of my sunday class teacher at my home studio, she pushed us as a group and really made sure everyone was doing each posture correctly.
12pm hot 26 class was really great!

DHY is such an amazing community. Every instructor is so intentional, supportive and caring in their own unique way, that if you choose to go to any of the multitude of classes they offer, you won’t be disappointed. And they really do have a little bit of everything, from a Pilates style yoga sculpt series, vinyasa, yin and restorative, hot 26 - and the list goes on. Cannot recommend this studio enough.

The best yoga studio in Nashville. From the minute you walk in, you feel totally embraced and supported. The teachers are amazing. There is such a variety of class options. It’s not only a place to work on your yoga practice, it’s a place to grow and be a part of a community.

I recently attended Kara’s Fusion class and 2 sound baths and had the best time! Super impressed with the staff and meet the owner at the sound bath; she was so great and welcoming. Would highly recommend DHY to anyone!

Great community studio! Excellent variety of classes and teachers and good schedule with lots of class offerings. Clean! Very friendly neighborhood feel. Staci’s 9am gently heated flow classes are a perfect way to start the day with stretching, mindful movement and a strong pose or two. Great class for beginners, first timers, or seasoned yogis. Love the tiny details of cool lavender towels at the end of class and extra hair ties if you forget yours. Little details go a long way and show that the owner really cares 💛

Started my yoga journey with DHY about two years ago and can’t say enough good things about this studio. I have felt supported through every stage of my journey. Every instructor there has been so encouraging and I am always urged to practice what feels best in that moment. So many times in so many different classes I’ve been given one on one guidance to correct a posture or to learn something new. I have felt so welcome at DHY from the beginning. There’s truly something for everyone and all levels!

I showed up to my class right on time and the door was locked. I called, and knocked and no one responded. It’s been a week and after 2 emails 3 calls and 2 messages I’m concerned no one even works at this location. I am a mother to a young baby and it was my birthday and something I really looked forward to. I drove 20 minutes to get there only to be locked out and unable to enter for my class. Extremely confused how you run a business and ignore potential new clients for a week after a complaint. I’ve been charged the amount for my class and disputed the charge as I have not received a call back to confirm my refund. Really awful way to be treated by a place of Buisness I’ve never had this issue at any other yoga studios I’ve attended in the area.

I was visiting Nashville, and found Hot Yoga Donelson. It is near the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center. Their studio is clean, calming & therapeutic. I took a Hot 26 with Meg, a lovely, kind and encouraging yoga teacher. Definitely will be back when visiting Nashville.

I absolutely love this yoga studio! Everyone is so friendly, and Brett's Tuesday Yin class is so relaxing! It's definitely the class to hit to relax and reset at the end of the day! My friend and I are quite regulars to that class and would highly recommend it!

This a good, local, community centered yoga studio! The instructors were very kind and accommodating. The reasons for the 3 stars were… a) the size: the front lobby is quite tight with upwards to 15 people coming and going at any one time. Felt a bit uncomfortable. And b) the noise: I noticed a lot of loud chit chatting in the practice room before and after class. I absolutely love the community feel, however, I also value quiet, meditative space going into my yoga practice . The excess conversation felt a little encroaching. All in all, nothing inherently wrong with the space, just not for me!

Have started going to classes here regularly over the past couple of months. They hire some really talented (and really nice!) instructors here. Each of them has their own unique teaching style, which makes it feel like there is always a variety, even if I am going to two or three flow classes a week. Cannot forget about the cold lavender towels - such a great reward at the end of every class! I would consider it my new yoga "home" for the remaining time that I will be here in Nashville and cannot wait to check out more classes!

Hot yoga Donelson is the best studio in Nashville. Super friendly, clean and affordable. I tried all the hot yoga in Nashville. I wish I had tried this studio sooner. The heat is perfect. I so far was lucky to take classes from 3 different instructors, they were all knowledgeable and friendly. I met both owners as well and their auras was on point. Donelson Hot Yoga is my new home studio.

I started my fitness journey during quarantine and decided to go to my first ever yoga class a few days ago. It was life changing. I went in expecting to do light work. I left drenched and sore but energized and emotionally connected. Our instructor fostered a peaceful environment and encouraged newcomers to make any needed adjustments, and the cold lavender towels they give you at the end, genius. I'm hooked.

Clean, refreshing essential oil smell in the lobby, and the hot yoga was soothing yet challenging. The instructions were great and I received help when I needed it. As a first timer-I look forward to experience the different teaching styles and classes here-many options here to find what class intrigues you the most.

I joined while I was in town for a month and immediately felt welcome. The classes are very accessible in terms of how challenging they are (I think all levels of yogis can participate) and I found it to be a very positive learning environment. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Nashville! Thank you for a great experience!

I'm sharing a little background to illustrate how great this place is! Last year, I had a double mastectomy (3 tumors removed) and reconstruction surgery. It has taken a year to feel human again and finally had energy to start working out again (Im on immunotherapy, which is brutal on the joints, hot flashes and other "fun" things). I tried DHY last Friday and explained the limitations to the instructor and wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be a distraction to the other people in the room. Her response to me was amazing and she gave me alternative poses that I could do and assured me that if I needed a break or couldn't do the poses, it was fine! I went back on Saturday and Monday with a different instructors and gave them the same information and the response was the same. They both gave me alternative moves and assured me that I was welcome and just to do what I could. Everyone was incredible generous, nice and compassionate, but also accommodating, which is pretty amazing in today's world! Bottom line: They have a new customer!!! Highly recommend to anyone on the fence about this place or not sure if they are athletic/flexible enough to participate!

First I have to say I only went once and had a good first experience. The teacher was nice and it was a descent flow. But I cant give 5 stars because of one big thing. When I walked into that yoga studio I was immediately hit with a stench of in fresh hot air. I KNOW it's hot yoga thats not it. It stunk. It smelled like the subway stations in nyc or the smell of a not so fresh body part if you know what I mean. Anyway I'm still going to go back and try again but hopefully the air got cleared out.

Hot Yoga in Donelson is AWESOME! The instructors do an amazing job and are very friendly. I was hesitate to start because I am a 50 year old guy and I wasn’t sure if I would fit in. The instructors are very supportive and want you to do the exercises at your own pace. I am very pleased with my experience and would strongly recommend you to try it out.

This place will make you feel welcome. Kim, Annie or any of the instructors will welcome you, regardless of your yoga level. There're always mats/towels/showers available. Every day there's someone different teaching a class and everyone of them is great. I've been coming to the classes since they opened and it's been a delight every time. Great people, great experience

Love this studio! We recently moved to Old Hickory, and it’s great having a wonderful studio so close to home.
I’m new to Nashville, and have tried a few different yoga studios in town, and this continues to be my favorite. Staff are friendly, they do a good job remembering (or at least acknowledging) everyone, and everyone is very approachable.
Perfect studio for beginners, and enough diversity in class schedule to challenge long-time yogis too.

Loved the space but they played pop and soft rock music during the practice. I want smooth meditative music in my practice. Something calming that doesn’t spark a memory or cause me to go anywhere else. Stinks cause it was so close to my house 😩
