Closed my account 4/21/25. Had to pay $50 and return my card to the game that day to coach Soencer. Found out I'm still being charged on 11/18/25. Have left two voice mails and went to the business to resolve the issue. They contacted back via text stating the account is closed and they are not obligated to provide me a refund that Coach Spencer is. Just FYI East Hickman fitness is charging me. I have canceled the card connected to this account since closing the account doesn't mean anything. Watch your banks that's all I have to say.

They never cut the air or heat on the window has been broken for months most the machines are broken and its never clean I've been going with my mom for a year and it's so bad I don't even get out of my car anymore

If you’re looking for a great gym for the whole family this is it! Gym owner and staff that actually care about their members. Great setup and always clean and tidy. Highly recommended 👍

I signed on as an ambassador for excellerent powder for 8 45$ bottles for 600$. Then, the pressure was put onto me to buy more boxes and product. Then, coach needed help for the next product order. Preasure to find loans investors or money of my own to help out. He promised a lot when I signed on as an ambassador. We made an agreement, then he changed it because of a b and c. I was going to be apart of something huge and he just needed just a little more help. I also did free work and was promised future work. It was never enough. My only regret is not leaving sooner. He got me initially by saying he helps women. Not the way I heard him speak about them and not the way he treated me. He lacks boundaries in MANY forms. I feel some of the things I told him were inadvertently used against me. I would just say lady's beware. I'm grateful for the learning lesson and the people I met. If this post helps 1 women then it's worth it.

They have a woman weight loss program going on right now and its a scam. They promise accountability and healthy communication about nutrition. The only accountability they provided was for the 600 dollars they charged me to take this 6 week "challenge" and the only nutrition advice was "drink as much water as you can" three days later I was in the er regurgitating everything in my intestines. It was a nightmare. To make matters worse, I dropped out 2 weeks before the challenge ever ended stating I wasn't satisfied with the services and asked for my money back. Instead of communicating in a professional manner the owner resulted in insults on my character and a refusal of returning my money despite me only attending 2 times. Total waste of time and money... if you are a thick woman don't fall for this.

I went to powerhouse for a while and loved it, thought I’d try something a little closer to home and seen this place so I gave it a try and absolutely hated it. When my membership was up they called me and told me that I have to give my door card back and if I don’t it’d cost me $50 well I had lost it while moving and I found it a week later after paying, I called up there at least 15 times and never got a answer. I tried to leave a voicemail and there box was full so I went there one day after work and asked if I can have my $50 back if I give them there card back and they said no but they wanted to keep the card that I paid for, for “new customers.”
