I can't believe how lucky I am to have found Beth. She couldn't be any better at what she does in her work as a trainer. Nobody works harder than she does, putting in hours of time each week prepping for her clients to make sure they get the most out of their session with her. Not only has she helped me get stronger, she is great about watching form. Injuries that I have had for a very long time are now going away. She celebrates her clients victories and no matter what I am feeling, I feel better the moment I walk in her door. She makes me laugh and is someone I truly enjoy.

I highly recommend Elevè Fitness and Beth for personal training. I’ve been training with Beth for a while and have seen amazing results. She is very tuned in to her clients’ needs and problems and actively works to improve them. I’ve had knee issues for decades and Beth’s focus now allows me to do things I hadn’t been able to do for a long time. The gym is also very well equipped. Try it out - you won’t regret it!
