I could have seriously injured myself on a broken stair machine that didn't have any signs posted mentioning its defects. I still have a large knot on my shin from attempting to use it. Things break, but after reporting it to the management, I was told, "Oh, that machine's been broken for a while", as if I was just supposed to know.
Anyway, the price is reasonable, the sauna and punching bag is nice, so 3 stars.

All the equipment you'd want to get a great workout in. Not packed with show-offs or crybaby mentalities. Just an honest to goodness gym. Get in, tear it up, no complications.

I try to be understanding but this is absolutely ridiculous. They are Unprofessional and rude. I spent months trying to 1. Getting them to stop double charging me and 2. getting a refund for all the months I was double charged. When I transferred my membership from the Whitehouse location to Rivergate, rather than transferring they actually signed me up for a second one. I had to physically go in there weekly for well over a month to finally get the money back. Now I’m trying to cancel after moving out of state. Which is also proving to be more than a headache. Called today to try to get my membership canceled and the guy was rude and not helpful whatsoever. This place is a joke.

This is a great place to work out. A lot of space, good machine spread, clean locker rooms. The lady that works the desk is very friendly and super helpful. Sometimes in the evenings you may hear sounds like men giving birth but once you get used to that it's all good. Definitely recommend.

This gym offers weekly passes for a great price and has all the equipment you need. Friendly staff, after hours available (non staff ).bathroom needs an update but over all great gym!
