Best gym in White House Tennessee... my opinion and many others for sure. They're always so knowledgeable! Whether you are a beginner ( just starting) or experienced ... They treat everyone like family. Greatly appreciate y'all

My 1st time going there, I just joined and there was nobody there to help me how to work some of the machines. The place seems real clean and there were some friendly people there. One guy told me he didn't know why there was no staff there at the moment there usually is at that time.

UPDATE: I decided this wasn't the place for me as there was never anyone around when you needed something and I noticed how dirty the vents were and I have breathing problems. I was told when I joined that I could cancel and it would be no problem if it didn't work for me then when I went to cancel the owner told me there would be a huge cancellation fee. I told him the kid that signed me up told me there would be no problem and I could cancel and they would not keep trying to charge me and when I told the owner that's what his employ told me, he said it doesn't matter what you were told it matters what you signed!!! WTH??? And now they are after me for money. I ended up canceling my whole bank account starting a new checking account so they couldn't charge me a ridiculous amount for canceling. I would not of signed anything about a contract because Ive been sorry doing that before. They say they're Christian but when it came to handling me canceling my membership, they got really nasty. Could not believe it. I told them if they are going to leave a kid in charge of someone signing up, train him right. That kid didn't explain anything to me but told me I could cancel anytime without a problem. Seriously???

Everything youll ever need in a gym. Compact, not super crowded ever, and a nice community of regulars. Sometimes theyre unstaffed, but theres always bound to be somebody there to help you if you need. Great gym.

This gym is great. It's not too busy, it has a great selection of machines and free weights, the people are nice, the other members are friendly and the overall atmosphere is great. It's definitely a good choice.

These people will treat you like family. The owner is a phenomenal man. Once you go a few times you’ll meet the regulars all of which are there to help and support. Love this place.

I have received different answers from every person that I have talked with as to who could use the membership. I signed up asking if my son in the Air Force could use the membership when he arrived home and was told yes, but to put my name on the account. When he arrived home to use the membership he couldn’t use it. Cancelling has to be done in person and they initially told me my last charge would be in March. I was just charged again in April. New person I’m speaking with says that is correct and prior person I spoke with was incorrect. They are disorganized and every person has a different response to questions.

I went to this White House gym on a random Sunday to see about a membership because I wanted to have access to the White House AND Rivergate gyms. Rob told me that I could sign up and use both gyms. I specifically asked again for clarification that I could access both gyms. He said, ‘Yes!” I have never had access to the Rivergate gym. I’ve spent about an hour total trying to speak with anyone at either gym to rectify the situation. He is never available. I was finally able to speak with him, to which he claimed that
1) I had to pay $10 more for that gym.
2) I didn’t even know about that gym when I came in initially (I specifically asked about the sauna).
3) that he gave me free access to that gym.
4) that he could have entered it wrong.

He is still requiring that I pay the cancellation fee of $300(ish) even though everything he said was a lie. He is dishonest, and doesn’t value his word. He is a liar and ultimately gets you to sign these agreements and then when you figure out it’s a lie, you’re forced to pay the fee. Crooked, crooked, man. You’re better off at Planet Fitness.

Con: Been a member for over a year and the place has never been dusted or cleaned. Never any paper towels or soap in the bathrooms and the trash is always full. Smells terrible and just plain dirty.

Rude is the only word I can find to describe staff here. Treadmills that will randomly stop and try and break your legs. The place is just bad. It isn't expensive, which is probably why they keep business, but don't go if you are only going for a day pas, because there isn't enough equipment variations to make it worth the money, especially with the competition they have in town.

Overpriced. Cancelled service on Jan 2nd (they were not open Jan 1st), was charged again Feb 6th. When I called to point out the discrepancy, the VERY RUDE manager (michelle?) refused to refund the ever growing monthly rate. Said there was a 30 day cancellation notice. Jan 2nd to Feb 6th is more than 30 days. Scam company preying on the lack of good fitness choices in the White House area.

This gym has a friendly atmosphere that is family oriented. A lot of machines to choose from, and there is always someone cleaning. They have a play area that is safe, and clean, which as a mom makes me very happy.
