I took the day to search for a new gym and immediately upon walking through the door I met Jennifer who confirmed that Fit One will be my selection. Jennifer was very professional, friendly, and personable. She was very detailed and provided alot of information from workout classes, to insurance coverage, childcare etc. Jennifer made me feel at home and I am looking forward to reintegration back into the gym life.

Love the Pilates class and basic equipment! I found myself needing to gain better health. Cholesterol was 255, had a fatty liver, and weight was 180. In 3 months of at least 3 times a week in the gym (with 2 separate 2 week breaks,) I have my cholesterol down to 128 and only lost 11 lbs. but my liver enzymes are in normal range now! The doctor took me off of the cholesterol medicine. I needed this gym to take back my health!

Visited a friend in Tennessee, my friends and I looked for a gym for the week, found Fit One and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how well-kept the gym was. They have multiple buildings with gymnastic equipment and yoga spaces as well. 10/10 would recommend to any travelers or locals.

Fit one is a small community gym. I love the atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming and they treat you like you’ve been a member for years.

I like that I can buy a punchcard. I don’t have a membership, but it is affordable. I pay $5 on the days I go and that’s for the whole day, so I can come and go several times. You can get a punchcard for $20 and visit 5 times. They have some group classes. The crowd is somewhat diverse, as I’ve seen people from all walks of life at one time or another. It’s never too crowded when I go.

My only con is that some of the equipment is really old! They do have a variety of machines, but they definitely need to upgrade some of them.

Good location. Lots of parking. Lots of equipment and classes. I was surprised there was no orientation when I joined. Just here's the bathroom and here's the equipment. I'm doing rehab following an accident so I require a specific workout. So, I have to locate the machine I need, then figure out how to adjust it and set it. Frustrating for a senior citizen who hasn't belonged to a gym in a while. I'm sure it will be fine, once I'm acclimated.

This gym hasn't updated any of their equipment since they opened. I'd say that for the average person this gym is just fine but if you're trying to put up some serious weight go somewhere else. They only have 4 bumper plates and they will get mad if you use anything past those bumpers to deadlift with! Again, steer clear if you want to lift serious weight.

I really like coming here but they need more classes in the evenings and someone should be checking bathrooms for toilet paper every hour or so.

Whatever you do read the fine print in the contract. Crazy “administrative” fees, $100 if you cancel before a YEAR, and you have to give them a card to auto draft. Oh and if you do cancel, you’re going to pay for the whole month even if you cancel in the middle. Absolutely zero reason for this policy other than being a bunch of crooks. Their dress code is laughable too. Women, make sure to not show any skin when you’re WORKING OUT.

The prices are decent, to be honest the best part of the gym are the classes. You're going to pay approximately 38 dollars a month and all classes are included. Yoga, zumba, hiit, spin ect... all of those could be 10 dollars each easy. Really sweet people

Fit One is conveniently located in relation to my home and work. All the equipment and locker rooms are very well maintained and CLEAN. There are several wellness classes you can participate in to have a group workout session. They contribute to the community through Special Needs programs and Silver Sneakers for senior specific wellness. There’s also an on-site chiropractor, masseuse, and a personal training team (Apex) that I highly recommend.

Top notch, family friendly gym! The staff is super friendly and happy to help and answer questions. Childcare is outstanding! We were visiting family from out of town. MY wife is recovering from knee surgery and needed to do some exercises on special equipment. These folks we so nice, letting her exercise. They allow use of their facilities at $5.00 per day. The were nice and very, very friendly. We'd highly recommend these folks. It kind of off the road just a little bit at the end of the parking lot.
