I've had and continue to have excellent experiences training with Rod. He's highly experienced, professional, and has helped me achieve my fitness goals. After training with him for a several months, I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness.

Rodney is incredible, very professional and clearly knows his stuff. I ended up stranded in Knoxville for a day after a flight delay and was looking for things to do. I left a voicemail and had a call back within 15 minutes. He was able to get me in for a personal training session within a couple of hours. The session was personalized to my skillset and interests. He trains for performance and listens intently to your goals. The facility itself has such variety in training equipment and was extremely well-kept. Possibly the cleanest gym I've ever stepped foot in. Prices are very fair for the level of expertise Rodney brings to the table. I wish his studio was in my city—I'd be a regular.
