Best gym in roane County, but if you prefer very clean gyms, then you should probably go somewhere else. After going for a few months, I have only seen one other person besides myself actually wipe down the machines after they use them

Clean, open spaces. Clean bathroom/locker room. Take your own lock to secure gear. The owners, Paul and Lisa, are almost always there during the week, friendly and helpful as is all the staff. Classes and training available. Check your insurance to see if they are available through insurance.

I've been wanting to go to a gym to get back in shape so I gave this gym a shot, Great atmosphere, plenty of equipment and weights, friendly staff. Membership prices are reasonable and it's not too busy after 6pm. Overall an amazing gym I plan on getting a membership very soon.

A great workout experience. All equipment you will need. The best thing about the place is the friendly atmosphere. It's the athletic gym equivalent of "Cheers". All ages working out talking and laughing.

I was reluctant to commit to a contract, but am glad I did. These folks really care for their clients. Andy, calls you by name when you come in. Lisa and Paul, in fact the whole staff try their best to see you get the most benefit from your membership. They are super with their seniors.
