We've rebranded from Hayes Street Fitness to Fuse Fitness! Fuse provides High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts – the most efficient way to get the results that you want. Our workouts are structured to be joint-friendly and incorporate strength, cardio, agility, flexibility and core strength to provided you with what you need to live a strong, fit and healthy life!

I strongly encourage you to find a different gym. The owner held my return deposit of $1600+ for nearly a year. I had to file a small claims lawsuit after he ignored my letters and texts. Since leaving a year ago I am the best shape of my post college life, working with a true professional (happy to reference). As a father of 2 daughters in their 20s, after my observations, I would never allow them to be anywhere near this place and this ownership.

I moved here about two months ago and found HSF! From day 1, meeting with Cody, to say the least they all have been nothing short of amazing! HSF has group classes you can participate in, different times throughout the day, ran by personal trainers- s/o to Cody, Matt & Dakota!! (Riley too but I haven’t had the chance to take a class with her yet) This gym is open 24/7 & there’s plenty of space for individual workouts too! Hayes Street Fitness is definitely a 5 star gym. Honestly it’s been years since I have worked out. I get discouraged pretty easily. I’m the one that doesn’t know what exactly to do when I go to a gym to exercise. This gym has definitely been motivational since day one. Even the times that I may slack, the coaches reach out and have even done wellness checks when I hurt my foot. They help with work out routines, schedules, and even nutrition. This gym is very patient, understanding and flexible to your needs but also your health. The gym is very clean and has a variety of different work out equipment/ machines. I was overwhelmed with how excepting and welcoming they were when I first showed up and told them my story with how I had gotten overweight. I can definitely say I found my long term gym and I’m super excited to see my progress in the next couple of months!

This gym has everything I needed and more. Every piece of equipment you could want, a sauna and a cold plunge which is crazy, unlimited classes included instead of limiting you to a certain amount, 24/7 access… what else can you want. Not to mention they keep the place super clean and the culture and employees are awesome. Highly recommend checking it out!

LOVE this gym!! All of the coaches work hard to ensure you are receiving helpful feedback while pushing yourself each and every session. The classes offer a lot of variety for people who aren’t used to coming up with their own workout plans or who need to try something new! One of my favorite things is how well everyone can adapt the group workouts/exercises so that people of any fitness level can get a good sweat in. I would recommend this gym a million times over!

The fitness classes are great — the number of people per class is small enough that you can get personal feedback from the trainer and big enough that you don't feel self-conscious. I was in for 5 days on business and this was exactly the place I needed.

While I’m not much for the CrossFit stuff, they had a good variety of offerings. Most importantly, they had genuine weights to lift. Rogue equipment where I can do a proper bench (with safety arms) and they’re open at the odd hours I need given the work schedule.

This gym was very welcoming from the start. Cody took his time to understand my goals and get to know who I was, even before I was going to sign up for the gym. This gym is great! They have 24 hour access, great equipment and a location that has ample parking.
Nashville doesn’t have enough gyms with free weights - this gym offers free weight along with great classes. Will is a great class teacher and personal trainer. He focuses on form to ensure you don’t get injured so everyone from beginners to regulars can be sure to have an effective workout safely. Highly recommend!

I met Cody Alexander about 5 years ago, after I suffered a pretty severe back injury. Not only did he help me through that low point, both physically and mentally, but I am still training with him and feeling stronger and better than I ever have. Will has been personally training me for a few moths now, and I can really tell the difference!!! I have gotten stronger and other people are commenting on my progress. He is thoughtful and modifies the workouts around my limitations and past injuries. The meal plans are easy to follow and he is always positive and motivating. He actually cares about me and my fitness journey and is not just collecting a paycheck. Yeah would highly recommend him to help anyone on their wellness journey.
