I don’t live in the area full-time, so I usually train at home with my own weights. But whenever I drop in at HIT10, it’s a totally different experience. Having the workouts already structured and a trainer there coaching me makes it so much more effective than what I can do on my own. I love coming to Hiit10 when I'm in town.

Hiit 10 is the place for everyone. Kevin is so great at making sure that you are using the correct technique for your particular workout and is truly concerned about you getting everything you want and need from your workout. I would go no where else! No contract and I can choose the days I want to workout. Hiit10 is not your typical workout place. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Joining HIIT10 was the best decision I could have made for myself! I’ve been working out here consistently for a little over 6 months, and I have lost over 30 pounds through diet changes and exercise. I could not be happier with my results. Even though the name is “HIIT10”, this gym feels more like personal training. Kevin is amazing. In every workout, he pushes me to achieve more than I thought I ever could. He takes time to get to know every person! Plus, it is nice to have someone else plan out my workouts for me. Every workout always includes both strength training and mobility in a 45 minute time frame. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

I've tried several gyms over the years but always struggled to stay consistent. Since starting at Hiit10 in March, I’ve finally been able to stay on track. Kevin and his team at Hiit10 are always friendly and helpful. The trainers meet you where you are and modify exercises to fit your needs. The variety of exercises keep things interesting and challenging. For the first time in my life, I'm consistently going to the gym, and am feeling much healthier. I've gained strength, stamina, and a bit of confidence.

I I am from out of town, but visit Cleveland quite often. I decided to stop by Hit 10 gym and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The facility is impressively clean, neat, and well-organized, making it a pleasant environment to work out in. The layout is designed thoughtfully, allowing for a smooth flow between different workout areas.

The workouts themselves are fantastic! I particularly appreciate how functional the movements are, which not only makes the sessions enjoyable but also effective in building strength and mobility.

Kevin, the owner, is a standout! His knowledge of fitness and training is evident, and he is always available to offer guidance and support without being intrusive. It's clear that he genuinely cares about helping his clients achieve their goals.

I love that you don’t have to schedule your workout you just show up and begin.Also, I love the layout of the gym and how it operates from station to station. I recently joined and absolutely love it! The workouts are full body and can be customized for each person and their ability. Most importantly, Kevin is with you every step of the way providing guidance with each exercise, helping to modify movements if needed and pushes you to give 100%. As a busy Mom, I appreciate the effectiveness of a 40 minute workout and leave feeling it too! Kevin and his team are also welcoming when I bring my 10 year old in with me…he even allowed his sweet dog to spend time with her while I got my workout in. This is not just another celebrity endorsed franchise gym; it's locally owned, a place where friendships are created in a healthy, goal oriented environment . Members have access to challenging, skillfully created exercises designed to improve overall movement (one the aspects I love about this facility). You can walk through the door and in less than an hour have completed a workout you will feel really good about, just show up! All the planning, readying of equipment, etc is done for you. No matter what goals you have, Kevin will help you meet them, he is there to guide and assist every step of the way.

This is an awesome gym. The format is 10 workout stations at 4 minutes each with a 30 second transition between stations to view the next workout on the station’s screen and to grab the weight, bands, etc. Everyday is a new rotation so you’re never doing the same workout twice.

The owner Kevin is good at adjusting the lifts based on skill levels and any issues someone may have. My wife had knee issues when we joined and she’s still able to work out at all the stations.

I have been going to Hiit10 Fitness for about a year now and it’s the place to be! I can see and feel the difference. It doesn’t matter if you're 18 or 65+, athletic or recovering couch potato, you’ll find a great community of encouraging people trying to reach goals just like you. The workouts are always different so you’ll never get bored, there are modifications to the exercises in case you need it, and there are no “class times” so you can jump right in. Also, the equipment is always clean, and the facility is fresh. You don’t have to worry about that nasty gym odor (you know the one I’m talking about...that BO that’s infused into the walls at most gyms). As for your guide on your fitness journey, consider yourself #blessed. Kevin is a fun, caring, and encouraging trainer/owner. I used to dread going to the gym until I joined Hiit 10. Working out used to be something I “had” to do, now it’s something I love to do. The owners are so knowledgeable and encouraging— they truly want to see and help you succeed with your goals. They are right there with you during the workout to help guide you to prevent you from using the wrong technique and avoid injury. I especially love how the guesswork is taken out of trying to figure out how to vary your workout routine because they do it for you. Each day is different and has a good mix of strength training and cardio. I’ve had knee and back issues and they are great at knowing how to modify exercises according to my needs. They have gone the extra mile at showing me additional exercises and stretches to help strengthen those areas and it’s made such a big improvement! Joining this gym is one of the best things you can do for yourself!

Love the experience at this gym! Have a background in Crossfit and have found that the workouts here are just as challenging and successful as my last gym but without all the risk of injury and pulled muscles! The coaches do a great job pushing you while also modifying workouts when needed. The format is also very unique (with 12, 3 minute workouts) so you stay engaged the whole time without having to put any thought into your workout plan! Definitely recommend

The fact that I don't have to think about what needs to be done, is my favorite part about this style of workout. Kevin and his wife, Jessica have already put all of the thought into it. It feels like a one on one training experience, with proper technique coaching, at every station. With 12 different stations set up, there's a perfect blend of aerobics, target toning and strength training, with a variety of intensity levels to suit everyone.
