I have been going to HOTWORX for almost a year and I love it! The staff is so nice and I love the flexibility of their class schedule and the variety of classes offered. Sometimes things change last second and I don’t want to pay a cancellation fee. At HotWorx, there isn’t a cancellation fee for classes. I highly recommend it.

So far I’ve had a great experiencing here! I love the concept and how it makes me sweat easily. If I had to critique anything, it would be adding some more gym equipment, but I understand the building is relatively small. Nevertheless, I’ve had a good experience!

The manager Jessie is discriminatory. I have felt this on many occasions, but I had convinced myself it was in my head. Ultimately one can not hid their true colors & today she showed hers! I came in today straight after work ! 45 mins into my session the manager Jessie came into my sauna to ask me if I had “drugs” with a studio full of people. I immediately told her no. I was in shock. She tried to pressure me into admitting something that was not true. She told me “it’s no judgment it’s just bad for the sauna ” I just looked at her like she was crazy. She said she didn’t know if it was ME or outside but she was smelling a strong odor in the lobby , granted I had been in the studio for almost an hour and I was in a booth! After being humiliated. I told her I was interested in moving locations away from her. She told me she couldn’t transfer my membership… I told her to cancel my membership then. She asked me what location I planned on going to I didn’t answer her … I left called the next location, this location informed Jessie had called & told them all about me & they were excited to help me complete my transfer! Since she can’t seem to respect boundaries.. im stepping away from Hotworx… It’s funny that I’m reading comments from 11 months ago & they are complaining about the same “smell” and I hadn’t even completed my 90 days. I encourage you to find a studio where you are welcomed & you can enjoy the peace of working out without malignant managers.

I 10000/10 recommend Hotworx! Especially Cordova location they are so friendly and nice the best service I think I’ve had in the Memphis area since I’ve moved here a year ago. I used to like this place but the last 3 times that I schedule a session somebody else was inside and they wouldnt leave when it was my turn to go in, and it always smells like marihuana in the mornings. I think they should have the staff for longer hours so that they can controll the people. I left a comment at the Cordova location and try left a comment on Instagram, but they don’t care about it, they just want your money. I am glad I cancel my membership the bad thing is that I pay for 2 more months that I can’t use if somebody is always in the room that I reserve.

Hotworx went into my account randomly and took 2 payments out although I have not been to the gym since November. The code never works which is why I will never go there again choose wisely and avoid this gym all together they have been reported to the bbb . They deserve zero stars for stealing money out of my account and the code never working so I paid for a membership I couldn’t use and was randomly charged for months I didn’t even use the gym

This is the best "Hot" spot to Zen and at the same time become stronger with each session. The infrared saunas have been a game changer for my journey with my health. The heat is different, it gives life to your workout, more energy while detoxing, skin is quenched, clear and youthful. Give it a try, you will love it. I went to cancel my membership was told the manager Lyndsay wasn’t there. I went in signed cancellation agreement and was never cancelled fast forward 4 months later still being charged Lyndsay no longer there and there isn’t a location in my area and Lyndsay isn’t there. Was then told I would have to come in again after being charged for services once again and cancel this place is a scam and I’m sure the new manager will no longer be there when I go bc it seems like the pattern to switch between sierra and Lyndsay. I wish I never walked in there door I’ve been pay for months of services that I cant use

If you’re considering trying this place out, think twice before you do. I went in (8/3/2023) for a complimentary workout Hotworx offers potential clients. The workout went well, and upon finishing the workout they speak with you about becoming a member. I made a partial payment to lock in a promotional rate, and was told I could pay the remainder once I made my final decision. I decided to not to move forward with Hotworx due to personal reasons, and because I felt coerced into signing up; when I wanted time to think about it. So, they mentioned I could pay $20 to lock in a promotional rate. I went in the next day to cancel with Lindsay, and I’m honestly grateful I did because her sweet persona became pretty sour after I called to inquire about my refund; which she mentioned a refund isn’t in their vocabulary when I called today to inquire about when I’d be receiving my refund. Beware.

I have a great experience with HOTWORX and this location. Hot Pilates and barre are my favorites currently. Semi private if you like working out alone but want to get out of the house. I have been a member with HotWorx and when I in to cancel my membership the rep told me that ever thing was cancel but little did I know I was paying Horworx and the membership had not been flagged , After talking to the Manger ,I guess she was the manager. She completed the cancelation but extened the agreement for 3 additional months. Which was not the agreement. WOW !!!!! Who has time to pay people to be rude and ripe them off. Don't go to HotWorx they will ripe you off and the they are extremely rude. I should have went with my first mind and never joined.

This fitness studio is amazing! I was looking for something "different" and fun that wasn't a huge class setting. Big classes aren't for me and I enjoy being in the sauna alone or with a friend. I enjoy the heat and sweating so the infrared helps me a ton. I sleep better, have lost weight, toned up, and it helps my skin a ton. I love the fact it's 24/7, too and I can go as much as I want!
