I'm happy 😊 to recommend K Fitness and Kim Roberts to anyone who wants to train with a complete professional who has also become a good friend. My wife and I have been working with Kim for over ten years going back to a medical situation where I had to lose a significant amount of weight fast. We see Kim twice a week and enjoy our sessions. Now in our eighties, we know that we couldn't be as active as we are without her help and expertise.

Kim, is the BEST TRAINER...she's very kind, motivating, and very knowledgeable about her craft. She gives exceptional guidance on nutrition and physical fitness. She has the ability to "meet you where you are" on a fitness level and encourages you along the journey as you continue to build off of it and increase your stamina and strength.
Most importantly you can tell she absolutely "LOVES" what she does and you can see it and feel it with every training session and encounter you have with her. Always very welcoming and willing to give great tips and knowledge. As well as very accommodating for those with demanding schedules.
Kim is a very experienced trainer and has experience working with clients across the life span. She is very cognizant of your needs, physical form, past injuries, and any health issues you that you may have. She's definitely the BIGGEST ASSET I have added this year in maintaining my health. Kim is a fantastic trainer! I have the advantage of attending both group and private exercise sessions weekly. My level of fitness has improved significantly under her guidance. You can tell how passionate Coach Roberts is with helping others. She has such a caring spirit. Her patience, motivation, encouraging, uplifting spirit really touched me. I love her set up and the atmosphere. Again, this was my first time. All of the ladies were friendly. I did not feel out of place. As a matter of fact, surprisingly, I was very comfortable.
