Every yoga instructor at this studio is so kind and welcoming every time I come in! I love the variety of classes the studio offers. Yoga Teacher Training with Leah and Liz was one of the best decisions I have made! Highly recommend!

I have practiced at Kali Yuga since I moved to Nashville and it feels like a family! It is beyond just a yoga practice, it’s a community that teaches yogic philosophy and has a mission to educate and uplift people to deepen and grow. It feels authentic and real, and even inspired me to take the yoga teacher training, which literally changes my life.

I’m from out of town and was searching for a location to take a yoga class. I ended up at this studio and had one of the best classes ever. Any time I’m in town I will go hear. Great people and teacher.

I was not impressed by the teaching style, I found it very disjointed. I think classes which advertise as restorative should not involve workout style movements.
