A small town gym with great character. Matt is so knowledgeable in the fitness world and a great trainer. He gives back to the community and trains local athletes- always teaching them with great form. Aside from this, Matt is personable and welcoming. And this is the atmosphere he has created in this gym space. I would highly recommend this gym over others in the area!

I’ve been going to this gym for almost ten years now and it is by far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. I am surprised anyone would rate this place other than 5 stars. Matt is an absolute sweetheart. Friendliest dude ever. It’s always clean and the other members that go here are courteous of each other. It’s open 24 hours and never too crowded. It does get busy some times than others but never to where it’s inconvenient. I refer all my friends to this gym!

Great non-commercial gym with lots of free weights. Benches are stable, nice power rack, level floor. Has nice machines and cardio equipment as well. Enjoy the quieter environment

The only gym I will ever work out at! The owners at LC fitness helped me go from never stepping foot in a gym to going multiple times a week. Also, the personal training is great! The gym is always very clean and well kept.

It's the first gym I've ever been to that smelled of sweat. When I told them the problem and that I wanted a refund on my pre-paid membership because I couldn't work out at a smelly gym, I was told that I wouldn't get a refund, that no one's EVER complained about the smell (which doesn't make it untrue). Then they listed all the reasons why the gym would be smelly:
"It can get warm in here during the hot months but we do keep our thermostat on 72 (so our older AC units do not freeze up). We lease this space and we aren’t allowed to update to a new HVAC system. People do happen to sweat in our gym, as well, when they’re working out"
Meaning, yes... the place will smell. Funny how none of this was mentioned when I signed up right before summer...
So now I'm out money because I'm just supposed to deal with a smelly gym because "people happen to sweat" and their HVAC sucks.

Excellently priced. Quiet, chill atmosphere. The equipment is in good condition, but is on the older side. Good use of space for a small area. When no one is there, it seems like a pretty great set up, however, when there's 8 or more in the gym, it can get a bit packed. Overall, it's a good gym and the vibe beats the corporateness of places like Gold's in town.

If you are looking for a gym to be left alone at, that has almost everything you need, this is the place. No pitches, no personal training pressure, just working out. The best part is, you go in and see all different types working out there. High School kids, meat heads, runners, soccer moms and old people. It's really great. They also let you go month to month, which is really cool if you arent going to be there a long time. I have worked out at gyms all over the world, from Europe, to Central Asia, to South America, and this is by far the most relaxed gym I've worked out at. Go in, do your business, and go about your day. Perfect.

One thing they could do better is create some more open area for more multi purpose space, but otherwise, it is spot on.

I have been a member of LcFitness for 4 years now. It is a great place to workout, especially if you don't want pressure like you have at these big box gyms. It is a hometown place with friendly faces and low key. Its a 24 hr gym. You have your own key with membership so you can go anytime you want.
