Great place to workout, there's a lot of equipment, lots of space, group fitness classes, spin bikes, free weight area, lots of cardio equipment, and machines for isolation movements. Twenty four access makes it really convenient as well to workout during the non staffed hours. Gym is always clean and organized. You can also use all five locations if you are in Johnson City or Bristol.

Highly disappointed in how the hours recently changed...I have been a member of the women's fitness center for 20 + years and enjoyed it. Then just last week, without warning, the hours changed and close at 3 p.m. M-F. Called the owner but had to leave message...Quite frankly, this is rude and very unprofessional to not return a member's call. My contract ends in December and Will Not renew next year.

Small Female only gym. Has pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna. 2 workout areas and group fitness area. Very clean and well maintained! Good when you want some peace and escape from men!

In my opinion, this is the best place in Kingsport to work out. They have all the Nautilus equipment, and free weights as well. The staff is great, and the rates are reasonable.

High contract prices, nasty, mismatched weights, an empty pool they advertise but refuse to fix, locker rooms you could catch Ebola from, and an infrastructure in danger of imminent collapse .what's not to love?
