Lyndsay is such a wonderful trainer. She provides personalized care tailored to your needs, goals and body type. The one on one training sessions put my mind and apprehension about being in the gym setting at ease. Not only is she knowledgeable in fitness, she also helps develop a nutrition plan with you which increases results of what you’re doing in the gym. During sessions she is your biggest cheerleader. She really checks in with you mentally as well as physically. I have worked on and off with Lyndsay for the last nine years. I can honestly say that my results have lasted. I am diabetic and my A1C was over 10 when I started training with Lyndsay. My doctors were amazed after my training sessions with Lyndsay that it went down to 5.8. Also, I weighed 229lbs when I started working with Lyndsay and her customized exercise plan for me helped me loose over 60lbs. If you’re looking for excellent personalized training in exercise, nutrition and a way through some of the mental struggles of weight gain and food addiction, I HIGHLY recommend Lyndsay. I started to see Lyndsay a few years after my mom passed away. I had gained a lot of depression weight and was finally ready to make a change. Lyndsay sat with me my initial visit and asked me what I wanted out of our visits. She discussed what to expect and what would be expected of me. She is extremely caring and positive. Her not only helped get me in track with a exercise routine but she helped encourage me to seek opportunities that would help with other obstacles and fears in my life. She is a genuinely beautiful person inside and out and I can't say enough good things about her. I 1000% recommend her if you're looking to improve your health goals, maintain them or have them challenged!!

I broke my back. L4 specifically. I went to multiple physical therapists in the Nashville area. Lyndsey thought she could help, and offered her services. After starting with Lyndsey, I can honestly say I can function again. On top of that, I'm a former competitive athlete and she has worked (and continues to work) diligently to get me back to where I can lift and compete again. She is amazing and truly works to get you to your goals. Regardless of where you are and what you're goals are, she is absolutely one of the best decisions you can make in bettering your life!

I would Motivated Mind and Body 10 stars if I could, Lyndsay is amazing to work with and is clearly extremely knowledgable. Her program teaches you correct technique and how to take ownership for your own health, while still receiving more than competent, professional guidance. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a personal, private and wholistic approach to your physical and emotional health. My fiancé and I have been working with Lyndsay for about 5 months now and we couldn't be happier. We each do one private workout with her a week and then one together (which is always really fun!). I don't like the distraction of big gyms, Motivated Mind and Body is very private, with only me or my fiancé and I there at a time. Lyndsay is always willing to answer questions and to use her time with you the way that you feel will help you to reach your goals (lifting weights, yoga, talking about nutrition...).
