Visited Mountain City for a month and purchased a monthly membership. This place is great! It has everything you need, the staff were out cleaning all the time, members and staff are friendly, and they play good music. The price for a monthly membership was very reasonable. Overall, this gym has a nice community feel to it and I recommend it for anyone.

This is a really nice little gym with just about every piece of equipment you would ever want! Very welcoming and friendly staff, and if you're blowing through town on vacation a great place to grab a day pass and get a good workout! They even have a tanning booth.

The owner is VERY unprofessional. She is extremely high strung and rude. She genuinely just seems like a miserable person it’s kinda sad actually. As for the gym, It is clean and the staff in the front are sweet and helpful..

Cleanest gym in the world, LOL. I’ve been lifting weights forever and I like a powerlifting gym with chalk all over the floors and bars. This is not that but it is an excellent gym for the whole family. The staff never sits behind a counter and plays on their phones. They are on their hands and knees dusting equipment and keeping the bathrooms spotless. Even big guys that lift heavy weight can appreciate a clean gym. The small community of Mountain City TN probably has no idea that people in big cities would love a gym as friendly, clean, and as complete as Mountain Fitness.

Free weights, machines, cardio, rubber bumpers and powerlifting bars. Supplements and drinks are available in case you don’t have access to Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, are traveling, or just forgetful.

I have been a part of this gym since day one and I can tell you this place is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest and well kept than anything this town has had in the past. Mike ad Karyn are my family and I have seen them do so much to help people with their health and fitness journeys. This place is my second home :)
