ONYX Health Studio (Formerly Kyle House Fitness) is a Chattanooga original HIIT training and personal training studio and home to 6 exclusive signature classes.

ONYX positions itself as an innovative space, merging exercise and other health optimization modalities into a seamless experience, resulting in the first of its kind Health Studio.
Our classes are more than workouts, it’s a full mind and body experience fueled by the rhythm of music, signature lighting, and charismatic instructors.

I love this gym!! Going to the gym has always felt like a chore to me, but coming in for a session at KH Fitness is legitimately fun. The music, lighting, and coaching create an encouraging but intense atmosphere. Kyle and his team also incorporate positive thinking into their coaching, especially during yoga sessions. I always leave feeling a hundred times better than when I came in.

Get ready to get in the best shape of your life. KHF is the absolute best. This gym def sets the bar high when it comes to the group fitness classes- upbeat environment, top tier trainers, challenging exercises. LOVE the playlists which is a huge source of motivation when working out. Also my core strength used to be trash but after KHF, I'm very proud to say that I can hold a plank longer than I ever have.

My fiancé and I just started coming here and we are amazed at how great and challenging the classes are. We like the variety of different muscle focused classes they offer every week! I was worried the classes may seem redundant after awhile but each instructor has a different style of teaching in their classes so we love the diversity! This place has been a godsend for me since I returned back home from deployment. I have only been a member for less than a year and I’ve gotten back into shape. I haven’t been this in shape in a few years. The staff is friendly and has great communication. I see people of all ages and fitness levels excel at this studio. Truly the BEST gym in Chattanooga! For the past 5 years KHF has been a part of my daily fitness routine. I love that I can easily schedule a class that fits my everchanging daily schedule and one- on- one personal train with the best of the best! Where to start!?! I’ve been a part of the KHF community for almost 5 years. I take HIIT classes, yoga classes and I personal train. All I can say is this (and I’m a professional worker-outer 😂)…I’ve tried all types of fitness (Crossfit, big box gyms, franchise studios, etc) and I have never experienced a more welcoming, motivating and healthy fitness environment as I have with KHF. They helped me reach my personal fitness goals (over 30# and I don’t even know how many inches) and maintain them. This is the only place to work out in Chattanooga. I've been going to Kyle House Fitness for a little over 4 months now, and it's already been a life-changing experience.

The instructors are helpful, personable, and absolutely delightful. At KHF, I feel like I can achieve my goals. I've made it a point to workout at least 3-4 times a week now, all thanks to this gym and the wonderful community they've created!

I feel more motivated in my fitness journey than I ever have in the past, and I definitely feel stronger with each class I take.

I’ve been a regular at Kyle House Fitness for over two years now. Over the course of that time I’ve gained a lot of strength and improved my running times. The instructors are all top-notch and extremely knowledgeable. I recently had a baby and continued to work out here until two days before delivery because the staff was able to show me safe modifications to the exercise moves.

I also used their personal training services to help me in the postpartum phase until I felt strong enough to take their regular classes again. Each time the workout was specifically tailored to help me regain the core strength I lost in pregnancy.

I highly recommend people of all fitness levels to try it out. You’ll find a fun, supportive community here that can help you improve your fitness level and assist you in reaching your goals.

I didn’t know what to expect at first but ever since my first visit I have loved working out at KHF! The instructors there are great and have different options to do expertises to cater to people’s needs as well as being so welcoming! I find it easier to push my self when other people are there holding me accountable rather than working out by myself with zero motivation to get through it. I never leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience at Kyle House Fitness. First of all, I have never really enjoyed working out. Every time I would attempt to start a new routine, I would get bored over time and eventually make any excuse possible to skip it. This year though, I was comitted to start a real fitness journey and was hitting the gym every day. I strated to see results, but they started to plateau and again, my motivation started decreasing, but I kept on going anyway. By chance, a friend of mine gave me a free pass for KHF, and after about a week of excuses I decided to give it a try. My first HIIPfit Class was Arms + ROM with Josh....and I almost passed out in a pool of sweat once the post-class cooldown started. Once I was able to gather myself and head for the exit, all of the KHF team that I had met gave me quick words of encouragement and I left with a smile on my face. I was hooked. I pushed through the initial muscle soreness and was back the next day. And the next. Since my first class, I have only missed a couple days due to conflicts. That's right, a truly intense 1 hour workout 6 days a week.

I am currently in the best shape of my life. The mix of cardio, strength training, and yoga push my limits every day, and it never gets boring so I find myself looking forward to every single workout. It also makes you WANT to hydrate, WANT to eat healthy food... Like I said, I'm hooked.

This is by far the best gym I have ever been apart of. I have moved several times and joined many gyms and without a doubt, Kyle House Fitness is the very best! For most (at least myself) it can be scary and intimidating when going to a new gym for the first time. So when I decided to take my first class at KHF I was of course, intimidated and super nervous but the moment I walked in everyone was SO kind, warm and welcoming, I instantly felt comfortable. On top of this group being the nicest people in Chattanooga, this is a killer workout. I had just had a baby when I came in for the first time and I am definitely stronger than I was pre-baby. I actually look forward to my workouts now and that’s never happened. I really can’t say enough good things about this gym and this group. Today was my first workout at KHF and it will be one of many to come.

The experience was exceptional. Kyle and his staff are provide an very welcoming atmosphere no matter what your current fitness level is with their professionalism, fitness knowledge and positive attitudes.

Community: From the moment you enter the gym you are greeted with a strong sense of community. Trainers and members go out of their way to introduce themselves and get to know you. This makes for a very welcoming experience and you feel at home right away.

Format: I played two sports in college and I regularly attended a local CrossFit gym. I was apprehensive about what I would find at KHF. I was DEAD wrong I loved Kyle’s HIIPfit system was a welcome change and forced me to focus on certain muscle groups that I often neglect. It is honestly the only time I have ever enjoyed running on a treadmill.

Staff: The trainers have a wonderful encouraging nature to them that is both supportive while driving you just a little bit harder every time.

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new gym or someone just looking to change up their current fitness regimen.
