A beautiful facility, down to earth crew, super friendly clientele! If taking a group class isn’t your thing, they provide 1-on-1 Personal Training as well as an on-site gym you can use during studio hours. Bring your kids too! The Pepper’oni classes are catered to teach the basic of punches and footwork while teaching discipline that could be applied outside the ring. Hurry and sign up before they realize the membership is so cheap! =)

The instructors are good, the training is somewhat repetitive. Be diligent with what you sign, ask questions, make sure the answers are accurate, if you need to cancel or do a month to month make sure the answers are correct.

Pepper Boxing is Awesome!! The instructors have all be amazing, explaining the moves and helping when needed. My daughter who is 10 came to a class and loved it. It's a great class for her and I to do together. You will leave feeling great, sweaty, and like you are part of a new family. I highly recommend.

Love this place!!! always looking for a new way to switch up my workout routines and stay in shape. The combination of cardio and bag work puts a hurting on you in a good way! Anytime I'm in Nashville this place is on my list of go to spots, I just wish there was one in my hometown.

Love working out at Pepper! I actually look forward to working out. It’s fun, always different, and I’ve definitely toned up in the few months I’ve been going. Amazing for stress relief (and cheaper than therapy haha). Everyone is super friendly and welcoming — both trainers and other members. I feel like I get a good balance with strength classes offered.

This is LITERALLY the best place to learn to box and, of course, get in a good workout! They teach you everything from basics to advanced technique and it's amazing how much every single staff member cares about each and every person that walks through their door. It's a community and they certainly make you feel at home when you're there. Boxing is now my favorite sport and I cannot imagine my life without it. Finding this place over 6 months ago has been a HUGE blessing! Thank you Pepper Boxing for everything you all do! :)

At First I was a bit skeptical about what to expect from Pepper Boxing 40-45 minutes of full - non stop - exercise and around 500 calories burned? Hard to believe but YES, it's totally true!
I have tried different gyms, from regular exercises, spinning, kickboxing and crossfit. What I like about Pepper Boxing is that each class is different and each one of your muscles works completely! I love the combination of boxing and the use of bars. Squats, sit–ups, all type of movements during the class make you feel that you are really doing something! You feel energetic after you are done!
The trainers are awesome and each one has a different style and that is what makes this a unique place! The also have yoga and a strength class! Did I tell you about the schedule? From Monday to Sunday ... yes! SUNDAY. There is definitely no excuse for nor trying this place, plus the first class is FREE! I have been there for around 3 months and I can see very noticeable changes in my body! This is the place for you if you want to learn how to box and get a killer workout!

The moment I walked in Pepper Boxing, I recognized it's special. The owner's dedication and the instructors' energies are inspirational. I’m a professional fighter that has been seeking a solid gym to work on my boxing. I found that with Pepper Boxing. For once I can go to a place and know 100% that it’s a helpful clean atmosphere to learn and grow. Pepper Boxing offers classes, one on one focus and also open gym. If you’re hesitant about joining any gyms that’s normal. But with Pepper Boxing, you will see that you are welcomed with helpful people. Smile and learn real boxing!

I am absolutely in LOVE with Pepper Boxing! Having had zero experience in boxing and/or combat sports, this place has become my new home. Pepper is a gym unlike another here in Nashville. The staff is personable and super helpful, upbeat, positive, and has become family to me.The strength and physical changes I've made since joining are noticeable. I 100 percent recommend anyone and everyone to come and give it a try! You'll never know how much of an amazing life change you can have after just one class. Pepper has a special place in my heart. Go see it for yourself, I'm glad I did!

i wasn’t sure what to expect when i went to green hills for my first ever class at pepper, but nine months later i’m still there every day and feeling more encouraged and empowered than ever!
i had never boxed before but i was looking for a tougher and more sustainable workout plan than spending hours on the treadmill and seeing no results. on my first visit to pepper i was immediately struck by three things:
1- FAMILY. this gym is more like a big family than any group i’ve been in since i played organized sports. while i have always been impressed by the tenacity and thought behind pepper’s business model, the classes and the space feel more like a family than like a business. everyone from the owner to the trainers to the staff knows my name and takes time to speak with me on a personal level, every single time i come in. this family aspect makes fitness progress real because it feels like your friends have noticed how hard you are working and have taken the time to let you know.
2- FITNESS. the pepper boxing workouts are the most challenging and rewarding of any fitness activity that i’ve ever done. from the strength classes to the boxing classes, and even the yoga-boxing fusion classes, you will leave feeling empowered and accomplished. i have seen remarkable changes in my weight, strength and general overall mental health and i’ve got to thank pepper for providing the location and instructors to make it happen.
3- FUN. i can honestly say that before trying pepper i would never have dreamed of forgetting in the middle of an intense work-out that i was doing ‘work.’ but these workouts are so much fun—even as a sweaty mess. each instructor has a fun personality and brings everything to each class to ensure that it is a great time.
even after making pepper part of my daily routine, i still see these three elements each and every day. i know how much love and work that everyone at pepper puts in to make it the best gym in nashville and i can’t recommend it highly enough.

I was a bit nervous at first because I am not in the best shape and haven't done a lot of boxing recently, but these guys were AMAZING. Super friendly, kind and took time to make me feel part of the family. Plus the work out was the best I have had. And I laughed too. The time went quickly. HIGHLY Recommend.

I have trained in Martial Arts for several years and received some private boxing sessions at Pepper last Christmas. My sessions there far exceeded my expectations. Pepper Boxing is a world-class facility providing the best Boxing training I've witnessed. The facility also offers high-energy, enthusiastic workout sessions via their state-of-the-art circular workout area. In classes, a unique blend of weights, boxing, strength, and even yoga are delivered for an intense 50-minute workout. Lastly, everyone at the facility provided positive energy and friendly support to help novices and the experienced achieve a sweat session like you've never known. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Here's why:
1. Pepper KNOWS HIS STUFF, and so do all the instructors working with him. It's great if a gym is fun (see below) and welcoming (also see below) but who cares if you don't see results? The staff here are boxing and fitness experts so they will help you attain whatever goals you're trying to reach. Every question I ask is met with an informed, b.s.-free answer.
2. It is affordable. You can take a bunch of classes without breaking the bank.
3. All the instructors are so passionate, and want nothing more than to see you succeed, and it shows in their classes. I've made more finess gains in the past two weeks than I have in the past two years because they make the classes FUN and you can't help but push yourself. Whatever your fitness or competition goals, you will achieve them here, and fast.
4. Everyone here is the NICEST. I'm a recent transplant to Nashville and finding a friendly, laid back group of people was a big relief. It is so rare to find a gym this welcoming.
5. No matter whose class you take, you're in for a good one. Kid Biscuit will turn you into a mean fighting machine. Cookie will get you stacked in no time. Slice looks sweet and adorable but will whip your butt into shape. Zen will leave you feeling balanced af (try his boxing-yoga combo class!). Pepper will make sure your form is flawless and give you a killer workout at the same time. You don't have to arrange your schedule around one instructor - whatever class you take, you can't lose.
