What a great operation PTI runs!! The very fact that I can get a workout and a PT session in the same facility is so convenient. I can't say enough about Josh Reppert, DPT from Physiolab. His professionalism and genuine interest in my success and well being goes beyond what I have ever experienced with a physical therapist. Add to that the fact that Josh works alongside my AMAZING PTI trainer, Bryan Rodriguez, to make sure I'm getting the exact adaptations needed to complement our sessions together. The combination is one you will not find in any other local training facility. Thanks, Josh and Bryan!!!

As a PT I am lucky to get to share the PTI facility with this staff. I donβt work directly for them but honestly they are so generous with their time and expertise. From the owners, managers, trainers on down they are top notch not only for training but also people. The facility is bar none the best in Knoxville. The trainers work on their own skills consistently to help you reach your goals via small group education meetings, personal fitness, and continuing education courses. You want knowledgeable trainers who practice what they preach? This is the place.

Fantastic facility with expert trainers. From being sedentary for toooo many years, I was afraid to hurt myself lifting weights or using machines incorrectly. My trainer has patiently given me confidence and worked on strength, endurance, and balance. Highly, highly recommend this training facility for both beginners and very fit folks.

I love coming to this gym! The workouts are challenging. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly but not afraid to push you so that you achieve your goals. The other members have become my friends and it's an honor to get to be a part of the PTI family.

I have been training with PTI for over 10 years. They have helped me rehab my shoulder after 3 surgeries. Their trainers really listen to their clients and are able to accommodate injuries. I play USTA tennis and participate in Spartan races. They are able to make my workouts sport specific depending on what I am training for. There are a lot of trainers out there but I would not go anywhere else

I train at PTI both for regular training and for specific training for a Spartan race. The regular training is constantly varied and well planned by the professional trainers on staff. The training staff is incredibly knowledgeable in overall performance through fitness and is also mindful of any clients with medical issues or restrictions. They are also willing to accommodate workouts to the needs of their clients. Regarding the Spartan Race training, they have specialized programming to ensure you will be ready for a difficult race. PTI feels like a big family with how welcoming they are to current and new clients.

Amazing trainers that work great with all fitness levels. From couch potatoes to elite athletes, they design programs and excercises that are unique and effective. Their Gut Check workouts on Saturday mornings are wonderful and really encourage group training and build a great community. I would highly recommend anyone looking to start a workout program to contact them.
