Absolutely great trainer!!! Ethan has been my personal strength trainer for a while now. I honestly can’t say enough about how much he has helped me these past few months. He’s very professional and has an excellent skill set. He knows what he’s doing. He’s so easy to work with and is professional. He has helped me hit goals with my strength training that I didn’t know were possible. If you’re looking to get stronger and be healthier, then Ethan is the guy you need to use!! Stronger at 49 than at 19. Ethan is great at what he does...getting you strong and in shape. His programming takes you from wherever you start to where you ultimately want to me. For me, it was making sure I was as strong as I can be and in shape to play with my kids (and future grandkids). The gym (Reach Functional Fitness) is a great place to work out - good people, no nonsense, and, most of all - they made working out fun again.

I’d had a dream to compete in a powerlifting meet, but I was new to the sport and really intimated at the thought of trying to achieve my goal. But from my very first session with Ethan in summer 2024 my fears were put to rest! I knew from the beginning that I would have a good experience due to Ethan’s experience, excellent guidance and encouragement. I had a wonderful first meet experience in August 2024, and I had such a good time that I was able to prep for another meet with Ethan for Nov 2024 (before I moved to Japan in January 2025). Thanks to Ethan I was able to achieve what I thought was impossible for me. Whether you’re interested in powerlifting or just want to focus on overall health and strength/fitness, I wholeheartedly recommend working with Ethan. You won’t regret it!

Ethan has helped me regain strength and mobility. He was able to see that at my age (53) that injury prevention would be important and has tailored the work outs and progression to fit this. Having played sports all my life but never taking the gym seriously, working with Ethan brought my fitness to a new level. He taught me all the major compound exercises along with multiple isolation exercises for each individual muscle. I will be 50 in June. Out of shape and don’t have a lot of time to get in shape. Ethan’s workouts take less than an hour in the gym and are very effective when also following a nutrition plan. His workouts are tailored to my body type and what my goals are. Whether you are working out to an online option alone created by Ethan, or in person with him training, you are sure to see quick results!
