I like this gym because it is never too crowded. I can go after work and there are always plenty of cardio machines. They have disproportionately few bikes compared to other cardio equipment though. The staff is friendly. The building is clean.

Staff at the counter did want to properly assist my brother, who has autism, and his staff as they were trying to check in for his work out. My brother has a Black Card Membership as I explained to the staff(Lucy, I think) because his staff had me on the phone during the confusion.His staff is even registered as his "Black Card" guest. The staff pretty much dismissed them and sent them to another location which was able to pull his account up immediately. When I called back up to the stage rd location and talked to the young lady again she admitted to making some sort of mistake and was very cavalier with her apology like it wasn't her problem. She sent him away when he could have stayed there to work out and it didn't seem to bother her one bit. Very unacceptable. Very unprofessional. We stick with the Summer location where they are more professional and care about their customers.

Absolutely crazy that this place charges a $16.00 late fee the day after payment was due. I keep my cards locked and I'm now forced to pay over half my membership fee for a late charge. What a screwed up policy. I'll probably move to Crunch Fitness. Better place to work out and they don't rob you if you're a couple days late on your payment

Great value. I've been a member for over 5 years. Clean facility. Wide range of equipment. There are peak times like any gym, but none of the locations I've visited have been overcrowded.

I regularly visit the tanning beds because they are included in my membership, but they are the feature I dislike most about this location. The rooms are terribly hot because they don't have extra ventilation to accommodate the heat from the bed. There's a permanent sign saying the bulbs are new, adjust your tanning time accordingly. Those bulbs haven't been changed in 2 years. The beds at the other locations in the city are much better. They're just too far for me to visit regularly.

The hours changed in 2024 or 2025. They used to be open 25 hours during the week. Now the hours are M-TH 5am - 10pm. Fri 5am - 9pm. Sat & Sun 7am - 7pm.

I visited this planet fitness while in town from Detroit Michigan area on a business trip while working at the new Ford Blue Oval City TEVC plant in Stanton. The gym is a bit dated and only one of the fans was on so it was pretty warm throughout. Hopefully it was just off for temporary repairs. Several TVs were off as well.

This location is good. An angry employee started screaming at random people for no reason..I tried speaking to her and then she started screaming at me. The worst gym I have ever signed up for. They will shut the water OFF on you while showering!!! And they are RUDE about it too!! Don't bother calling to speak to anyone there because they will pick the phone and hand up on you! Location is on the wrong side of bartlett but it’s doable. Inside and equipment is very nice. I recently left after being a multi year client due to the extremely loud music played over the sound system (I purchased over ear headphones however I still couldn’t fully concentrate on what I was listening to due to the volume of their own music) and after a locker room theft I did not like the way the situation was handled. Management seemed more concerned with the privacy of the thief than with myself the victim. The theft itself was not the issue, I left my items in a locker without a lock. It was managements response that was the dealbreaker. I was tolerating the music but after the theft I made the decision to leave.

I was happy to see that they have better hours. Of course I had to drive an extra 10 miles out of the way but it’s worth it. Came in. Everything was quiet not crowded at all. Maybe one or two people after 2:30 AM. It’s some of the best workout time you could ever have when it’s not crowded or too many people trying to use multiple machines! Staff member was pretty cool and most importantly you had room to roam and not have to worry about items being taken or moved from a machine so someone else could use it while you take a quick water break. And the attic security is Bartlett police being parked on the lot.

Today was my second time coming to planet fitness. I honestly got the member ship mostly for the hydro-bed, which is amazing and a great way to destress and help with sore muscles.

My only issue or complaint is why in the hell is the shower so cold. Water was luke warm at best but bearable for just long enough for me to get my hair and body all lathered up than water turned frigid cold. It was all I could do to get the soap off me as fast as I could. I seriously considered checking the bathroom sink to see if water was at least a little warmer but didn't want to look like a crazy person. Is the water always like this cause if so I am going to see what I need to do to cancle my membership. No one wants to drive home stinky and sweaty especially if you have errands to run still and yet the idea of being forced to take another ice bath makes working out not worth it.

I had never heard of this. I travel for work go to the gym daily at planet fitness so I called my home gym.
