You have a better variety of machines than Smyrna although you're missing the crunch machine with the two ropes that lets you pull down at three different angles. Almost everybody here has headphones on. Could you turn off the obnoxious music, it's drowning out my good music 🤠🎧🔇 thanks

I had a membership here and I did like the facility. However, when they started allowing biological males into the women's restrooms, I just couldn't allow my wife to be subject to that. So I canceled the membership. I would be happy to get another membership if they change their policy.

Windows advertising says the location is 24-hour location, but it's not. Reported to bbb for false advertising also some of the staff are rude when approached with basic questions. Was a better location when I moved here but has gone downhill.

3/23/25 Update: They’ve updated their hours to the correct ones, which is great. Unfortunately, the new event space next door blasts music so loud that even with headphones, working out is unbearable. It’s frustrating that management doesn’t seem to prioritize the member experience. I originally got this membership because I travel for work, but since this location is near my home, I really wish it was better managed.

They still have not hired another trainer. You have a big group of people who go for the training classes, who are having to go to other gyms to go to classes. Other gyms also have subs to cover classes when trainers are sick. I know it does not take months to hire someone. There are people who depend on these classes to stay motivated in their path to being healthy.

The nicest planet fitness I’ve been to so far in the Nashville TN area!! Showers were clean, and it had a cubby to put my soap and shampoo! Also had blow dryers! The facility wasn’t packed and enjoyed my workout! Will definitely be back!

Awesome PF/they have parking for black card members , the owner ask not to take front parking and to keep area clean, if anyone see trash please pick it up, add not a place to do a 34, we have few areas to park and a little bit goes a long way, best to bobtail unless leaving 0200-0400 (also a great asian restaurant/carry-out near by support local business)…

Okkkkkk so oh em gee, where do I start!! Let's start with, this my 1st time in Nashville! I've been a PF member since like 2017. I've been to PF from FL to NY and Cali. I've seen some good looking gyms, big and small. Today, was interesting as this is the 3rd gym I've come to in 24 hrs. The 1st, the location was eh. I didn't go in. The 2nd need the Lord to go in there and resurrect the state of that gym and throw everybody on staff overboard and get some new people who care. Ok, now, about THIS GYM. Buddy lemme tell ya, I had a great experience and I'm here til Thanksgiving so this will be my go to. When I say, nice at the door. Mrs. Cathy is so pleasant. Warm smile. I asked if I could just look around 1st as it was my 1st time here. I looked around and yea, I stayed. When I say the bathroom!! I've never seen a bathroom look that good and have the things it has and I been in A LOT of PF's from state to state. Even my brand new just built gym back home in NC doesn't have what this gym has in the bathroom. Carpet? Trash can In the stall. S/O who thought about the fact ladies have to carry their 'items' to the big trashcan or stall where everyone can see. This is discrete. Love it. Multiple hangers for your clothes and things. There's a Wood bench!! Never seen it. The walls in the changing room were CLEAN. No residue, toothpaste, lotions and things all over it. Same for shower stalls. No matter what gym, there is ALWAYS shampoo, soap and stuff all over the shower. There was a little on the curtain but you can tell those at least get cleaned sometimes. I've been in gyms where it could be Months later and the same residue, thick, is sitting in the same exact spot. All you gotta do is wipe it. I was like whoa, even the mirrors are spotless. Y'all know you've seen the messy mirrors with stuff all over it, beside it and all. There lady necessities in the bathroom and it has to take 2/3, not 1. Come on now, I love it. We're not offering something and being stingy, even tho it's not necessary or requires by any means, it's the spirit of just going above and beyond. S/O to the push/timed knobs on the sinks. Instead of those 1s you gotta keep your hand RIGHT in front of it, this just goes off as the knob raises. Lit mirrors. Nice lockers. Only thing in here was one of the equipment was broken. My favorite machine was out of order. 1 of the machines for back was eh, not my fav. Overall, this gym is THEE BEST I've been to. Total equilibrium to the gym right up the road 15 mins away. So glad I found it. Mrs. Cathy and her girls Maria and Kennedy have done an amazing job. They cleaned it like you would your house. They need a raise!!! Cleanest Gym ever Award for sure! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ S/O to the owner who thought about women when they measured the stall sizes. Just everything!

I’m disappointed that Planet Fitness no longer operates 24/5like it used to. It used to be convenient to work out any day of the week, but now it’s only open 24 hours three days a week. This change has messed up my routine, and it feels like the gym isn’t as accessible as it should be. If you’re someone who depends on very early morning workout, this might not be the best option anymore.

Driving across Tennessee and stuck in Metro Nashville traffic, it was time for a break and Planet Fitness got it done. Easy to park and check in, the locker room was clean and on a Saturday afternoon, no one was using the Thirty Minute Circuit. Hooray!

The showers were in decent condition. A good stop and I'm happy with my Black Card membership that gets me into any Planet Fitness in the network!

So glad they finally got a reliable trainer!!!!!!! Amanda has a lot of years of experience and you will see results working with her! Great personality great trainer!!!! She is so friendly and she truly cares so much about all of her clients! Her classes are amazing!!!! She always has a smile on her face you will have so much fun taking her classes all while getting a great work out! she is so invested in helping her clients reach their fitness goals regardless of what they may be ! If you want to take group classes or get a personalized plan made up then she is your girl! You won’t go wrong taking one of her classes she is amazing! I was stuck at a plateau for a long time and getting frustrated and she had completly helped me to change my work out routine and get results and feel more confident than I ever have she is just absolutely incredible!So glad they found her!!!!!

We moved away and have tried to call and cancel multiple times. They all say sorry you have to come in. It’s honestly a ridiculous policy. I have been a member for years. I have noticed drastic changes within the last year or so. The club is always clean! This is really important to me. The machines are always in working order. The environment is always inviting. The employees are always encouraging!
Sometimes I forget my water or pre-workout. I never have to fret because the cooler is always full of the latest and greatest products. I love it!

They offer all the amenities possible in a Planet Fitness. I’m talking not one but two paper towel dispensers by the bathroom sink and soap dispensers in the showers. Their changing rooms are huge with floor length mirrors. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Superb.

Overall it was a functioning gym where I could pick things up and put stuff down 👍 the staff was also friendly. The bathrooms could be cleaner, and the lighting is very odd in the gym sort of dark, and a lot of the equipment seems outdated and in need of an upgrade, not terrible, totally functional, just needs a little extra love.

Working out here is great! My only problem is how dirty it has gotten. The trash cans and the rubber mats at the stations are filthy, and the paper towel dispensers are generally empty when I go in. There are people constantly dropping weights and grunting. Nobody gets onto them. I thought planet fitness was supposed to be the no lunk zone.
