Early mornings are the best they are a lot of the reason I come. Since Monday the temperature is hot. We have a lot of seniors in here this early. They can’t take that kind of heat working out . Other than that it’s a clean , efficient,and friendly gym. I don’t want to change gyms over temperature!

Best gym experience in 20 years. Staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly and daily faces my wife and I get to see. The members here are polite, friendly, everyone wipes down equipment, wait times are never more than a set. They keep the facilities tight and clean. If equipment is down, it's back in 24 hours. Went in 2 times to canacel my membership, they still kept charging me and threatened to send me to collections. Had to jump thru hoops to finally get it canceled. Planet Fitness will do anything to keep getting money from you. They will not enter it in computer and let auto pay keep taking it out of your account until you take matters in your own hands and force them to cancel your membership. Very unethical will never have a membership there again

Like the app so I can check how the crowd is even though sometimes it seems to be off. Very clean inside, machines all must be wiped down after use. I myself wipe down everything dumbbells and all. Tanning beds seem to work great. I have seen times where someone hasn't cleaned after use, but you always have cleaner right there, and I've always cleaned before using anywhere I've laid. Employees are very friendly, and people working out respect your workout space.

I’m really not a fan of PF anymore since they allow men into the women’s locker rooms- but I love the staff at my local store. I only use the tanning bed, so I’m not concerned with using the locker area so much- but when I do use their restroom- I expect it to be WOMEN BORN WOMEN ONLY! They advertise that you can bring someone with you so I bring my girlfriend for a massage and they told her she can only do it once. This place is a total joke get your free day pass is all over their website, my wife oldest son and both my in laws are members so the bring a buddy is fake too. My gym is closed today so I was just looking for somewhere for 1 day I couldn't get the free pass I couldn't pay for the day pass and they wouldn't even acknowledge the bring a buddy when I asked about it. So I'm assuming some people blindly join a gym without being able to try it out hell even just look around the place but I don't. I was racially profiled at this facility. I’m truck driver that was shopping in the area and I stop here to use the bathroom after long drive. So I walk and and was not greeted. I scanned in and walked to the bathroom. As I’m using the bathroom after 25 mins there a knock on the door from a police officer telling me the”people of planet fitness was concerned I told them I’m fine. After that the officer tells me the planet fitness staff wants me to be removed from the premises because I have an unpaid balance . I said ok I will pay it on my phone right now. As I walk out the bathroom stall there’s 5 police officers with their hands on their guns. I put my hands up then they loosend up. I asked them why didn’t the front desk tell me I wasn’t allowed to come in? So first they didn’t greet me, watched me go to the bathroom then call the police station with (5-6) officers to escort me. I drive and travel for living so I’ve been to almost 1 planet fitness in every state and this has never happened. The stag members was 1 guy and 2 girls as I can remember. They need to be fired. I’m going to reach out to cooperated after this, I know I was racial profiled. They know what they did and I not right . The staff members know what they did was wrong I could’ve died, luckily officers was calm once I put my hands up

The place is excellent, machinery, and staff to match. I just wish they were open 24/7. They are missing many memberships due to the fact.

2 months down the road and the hours are still the same. People working weekends or nights to not get the opportunity to use this facility properly. Saturday and Sunday are still 7 to 7 and none of the mid week hours have changed.

Planet fitness is missing 40-60% more members by keeping the hours so limited. I am worried I may drive them out of business.

Reducing my star rating every 2 months until the hours change.

Read the fine print before you join. The facility is okay and the people are nice but planet fitness makes it extremely difficult to get out of your membership. You can join over the phone but you can't cancel your membership over the phone. My opinion of this company couldn't be much lower!! Cancel anytime? The biggest workout you'll get from planet fitness is canceling your membership!

The facility is clean, the people are so friendly and helpful, and it’s just a great place for working out. The only issue I have with the facility is that because of having severe arthritis I am only able to use the seated elliptical for cardio exercise. The McMinnville, TN facility has only one seated elliptical, and several times I have either had to wait for a while to use it, or others have had to wait for me to finish exercising to use the seated elliptical.

So this is the first gym and only gym ive ever joined or even stepped foot in. And let me tell you if your like me and have insecurities or reservations or just have no idea what to expect or where to begin. This is the place for you. The staff are amazing. So friendly and kind and just all around genuinely decent humans. There helpful and knowledgeable and really make you feel comfortable. So with that being said I've been a member for about a month or so now so I'd like to give a special shout to miss ruby and I think Elijah is his name. The trainer needs..training. Today, in front of several people without me asking, she told me that I look like I have a body fat percentage of 10%.. My body fat percentage is somewhere around 23%. Also, being told, “ Yeah that’s your stomach; that’s where food goes” (implying that I don’t eat enough? I’m not underweight) isn’t constructive. So much for a “judgement free” zone.

Using my husbands google to post this - But I Have really appreciated going to the gym for the last 5 months. Trying to get heart healthy and more active when while being younger. I wouldn’t be able to do it without the personal trainer Holly. I do better when told what to do verses going in and using the equipment on my own. More motivated when she’s pushing me like I need to be pushed and the classes work with my schedule. My friend and I go together so we encourage each other! This seems to be only place management pays attention to. After calling to cancel my membership I was told I needed to come in or mail a written request. So I mailed a request in September. I was charged again. I called again . I was told my request was not received so I wrote and mailed another request to cancel my membership. I received a few couple calls about owing and told them, I had cancelled the membership. Then today $214 was drafted from my account.

I’ve been attending the past two weeks or since it opened and I just have to say after being to almost every Planet Fitness in Middle Tennessee, this one is the best. Every single employee tries to converse with you on your way in and out. The assistant manager always walks around and asks if we need anything! That’s really just so awesome to me :) Also so, so happy McMinnville got a location because as other have said in these reviews, I have had to commute long distances for PF before. I am so excited Planet Fitness has arrived to McMinnville. After traveling to Murfreesboro & Hixon for over a year for the gym it’s something I’ve been looking forward to.
