Everything was good until today. On my pf app it showed I only owed $45. When I went to pay at the pf I was charged $71. Not only once but twice. The cashier Zowie which is clearly new was super unhelpful so I canceled my membership with pf all together and will not be returning. Now I have to wait for up to 10 days for my money to return. Piss poor

By far the best location I’ve been to while having the black card, membership the Assist Manager (Michele) and her employees are beyond nice and very helpful location is always cleaned and all of the equipments are clean and updated..!!! Thank you for being an amazing facility and I will for sure always recommend this location it’s by far the best in TN..!!!🧡✨🧡

This was a very big disappointment. No where near the options as all the other locations I have been to. Tanning beds are extremely outdated and no control over any of the settings on the bed. Fan on but very little airflow and no additional fan in the room. Only 2 lay down beds and no hybrid beds. Not impressed at all.

Favorite club I've been to yet. The new manager Daniel has REALLY stepped up the game with PF. It's always clean and I like the way all the equipment is organized. The free weight area has more mirror space than other clubs. The locker room is always super clean and they put little scenty things in there so it smells good too! The staff is always super kind and helpful. Definitely one of the nicer clubs around for sure compared the ones further in Memphis.

This planet fitness has become one of the rudest ever. I joined here in 2022 & I cancelled because of rudeness and male stalkers that I had to do police reports on. And 2 years later, they have new people on both shifts that are REALLY RUDE each time I use this location. I joined in Mississippi and they are the sweetest kindest peeps. What's going on today?

The CLEANEST Planet Fitness I've EVER been a part of! I absolutely cannot believe people say its dirty??? I walked into the restroom and oh my goodness! As a clean freak myself, with alot of OCD, this place scores an A+ to me! Go check out the Foley, AL location!!!! It's gross! 🙂

I’ve been going here for probably over a year and I love it. The atmosphere is accommodating to your needs. You have several upon several televisions going with different shows for those who don’t use headphones or forget them (which I do often). The music is diverse. The employees are super friendly and do what they can to make sure you’re satisfied. The new manager is so friendly and helpful. She makes sure you’re always taken care of. The place is clean and you always have the option to sanitize the machine you’re choosing to use. I love the drink options if you run out or forget yours. The bathrooms are clean. You can tan and get little massages with your black card membership. And those are nice after a tough workout. I can’t say enough. I’m happy with this location.

Don't understand how I pay a decent price but can't ever use the tanning beds that my black card cover cause either bulbs are out or beds are broken. Sounds like bad maintenance and management..proper upkeep of the beds obviously isn't being done. Good thing I can go to other planet fitness this by far is the worse location. Rude staff who you got to wait forever to be helped or are rude. And black card services always broken down.

Super clean, staff has always been super friendly, and the environment is welcoming!! It's a one stop shop from tanning, hydromassage, massage chairs, total body enhancement to the fitness equipment. The one time that I discovered a slick spot on one of the tanning rooms floor, they handled it instantly!!!

Good gym. Clean. Only problems I have are the tanning beds are constantly needing new bulbs and I wish they were open later. They lock the doors at 7 on the weekends. A lot of gyms just leave the doors unlocked for members to come and go as they please when they want
