Whatever you do don’t go to this gym. It’s not worth the hassle i promise you. My card on file expired and my husband also goes here and he updated the card to his file and I didn’t realize they weren’t connected. I have three months of late fees and I called and told them my situation how I felt bad and just didn’t realize and I’d be happy to pay for the months I have missed up until this point but I can’t afford that with all the late fees as well at the moment. Again I’ve only missed 3 months and it was completely an accident. The first girl I talk to was understanding and nice but then when I called and talk to the manager she was so rude. You can tell she could help if she wanted to, but just doesn’t feel like it. I mean things happen and a business really can’t see that??? Awful customer service and to top it off I asked if I could go ahead and cancel but they said nope I have to pay all the late fees first, so if something happens and you can’t pay they will just keep draining you! I get it if I had a habit of not paying but it was a genuine mistake and one I want to make up for and keep coming back.

Overall a clean and nice environment for anyone to work out at. Its pretty cheap with the basic membership. Very clean and durable equipment in the gym. My experience with customer service was outstanding. I was a bit confused on monthly payments and annual fees as it seemed I was getting annual fees every 4 months it seemed like but probably provided the information in terms and agreement, just seemed like they are trying to hide it making it seem almost costless to start with shown advertisements by the business. My opinion on the lunk alarm and always worried about making a sound seems a bit to much not saying get rid of it because it brings in a new variety of customers who would of never went to a gym, but I do think it needs to be notched down a bit. I want to be able to motivate friends and then motivate me in a peaceful manner that's not going to down anyone else in the gym.

Been trying to cancel my membership for a year they took $200 for me. They want 400 on top of that. They said it’s for late fees. They won’t let you cancel your membership unless you pay all the money you owe, but they also will not let you use the equipment if you owe but will continuously take money from you. They will not work with you on the payment either Even though they took $200 for me they would not work with me on closing my account and I still can’t use my account to use any other equipment. They’re very rude there and is the same thing as a contract. They say no contract, but they don’t let you close your account. If you owe money I am at home stuck taking care of Wife with cancer have no money explained to them they would not work with me. Still take money out to this day.

Getting tired of having my whole workout being followed by certain workers cleaning. I've been working out for about a hour and the whole time a worker has been vacuuming beside me. The hot air blows in my face off and on and I can't hear my music cause it's loud. I also feel watched and have to stop my workout for them to vacuum almost touching me. This is about the 5th time this has happened during my full workout. It's during busy hours too like 1 or around lunch.

Nice place and atmosphere. I don't feel uncomfortable working out in here. The staff keep the place clean and tidy. They are willing to answer any questions you may have and not make you feel like you asked a dumb question. I love the hydro chair there!

I’ve been really enjoying my time at Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. One experience that stood out to me was when I lost my wedding band during a workout. I was so worried, but when I went to the front desk, the staff member told me that another member had found it and returned it. I was beyond happy and relieved to have my wedding ring back! It really shows the kind and honest community that Planet Fitness has. Thank you for providing such a great environment to work out in—I highly recommend this gym!

The cleanest of Planet Fitness is greatly appreciated but the timing of when cleaning this takes place should be evaluated by management. Mopping the floor is hazardest on a gym floor combine with workout equipment when the gym is full of people working out. I've had my foot slip off of equipment while working out due to the bottom of my shoes being wet. It is so disrespectful of someone space when working out when staff starts mopping all around you leaving a very small space where you are standing. Basically mopping me into a small space where I'm standing!!! Why? My free time is limited and my gym time even more so. Who has time to stand around and wait for the floor to dry?? Not to mention the fear of injuring myself after having knee surgery and completely killing the gym vibe. Do better please!!

This Planet Fitness location is probably the best gym in town. It’s always so very clean in both the bathrooms and on the gym floor. I personally haven’t used their massage beds or tanning beds, but I always see the staff taking time to clean them. The staff is so kind, and I love seeing Gina’s huge smile when I come in on the weekends! They are truly so accommodating when I need anything. I almost always ask them to put my helmet behind the desk since it won’t fit in the lockers and they’re more than happy to keep it for me. The bathrooms are always so clean and the stall doors have so much better coverage than most other businesses in general. I love the atmosphere and people of this gym!

Is amusing how they train their employees to avoid canceling your membership.

I politely called to cancel, I’m a first responder and was told I could cancel at any time no charge and free of worry.

Today I call and asked to update my membership cause I’m leaving town and would like to cancel. The girl on the phone said “of course, and this is Jimmie right?”

We continued, she ask how I spelled my name and “played dumb” like she couldn’t look me up. I simply stated she had no problem knowing my name without me ever telling her what I was when I called so she must have the appropriate spelling in front of her.

just tried to pay my bill, and the lady was rude from the get go like she always is, every time i come to this gym it’s a like a problem if i ask someone if i can tan. anyways, tried paying my bill with two different cards and both accounts now have pending charges. what the lady at the front didn’t understand was that, it doesn’t matter what her computer says, my bank accounts have pending charges and until my bank sends it back, i have no money to give her. so there’s now almost $80 pending in total, i tell her i literally don’t have money left, she seems to think her computer at a gym is going to cancel the pending charges in my bank account…my bank has to do that. so i’ll be cancelling and going somewhere else. she’s insane for thinking a gym computer can cancel a charge on a bank account. this was ridiculous. not sure what’s wrong with the card reader but get them fixed and maybe some nicer ladies as well!

it’s now been days later and every time i call the gym, i get told the GM isn’t there. one of these changes as now gone through so until the manager is actually at the gym, this isn’t getting resolved. why is it so hard to get ahold of management?

Well, it's Planet Fitness. If you're interested in working out, go check them out! For 23 dollars a month, I have access to any PF facility there is, tanning booths and spray tanning and the best perk of all, MASSAGE CHAIRS AND BEDS!!! OMG THEY ARE AWESOME!!! Of course all of equipment and lockers and showers and bathrooms. It's an incredible deal. If you haven't been to one. GO!

I like that the pf is open all hours. The staff has always been very friendly. The facility is always clean and smells clean. There is plenty of equipment to work out with. I love that there is the 30 minute workout area. Not to mention you can tan and have a nice hydro massage after or bf a good workout. They always make sure you have your tanning glasses. Oh and you have a nice breeze blowing on you while waking on the treadmills and not only many tvs to watch but they play very good variety choice of music , not to loud but loud enough to enjoy. I'm glad that I joined pf.

I absolutely hate how they pick and choose favoritism there. Just Specific people have favorite people in the gym. For instance I go tan two times a week because I have psoriasis. They have never asked to see my eye wear and today they would not let me tan because I couldn’t dig through my bag and find the stickers I have in their. But a lady right behind me asked to tan and they didn’t make her show hers…. My thing is if it’s a RULE, apply it every single time to every single person who wants to tan. I drove 15+ minutes just to drive back home tan-less.

Just started working out again after having had shoulder surgery and exhausted what my insurance would allow for therapy. Julie was very friendly and I actually met her at therapy where she encouraged me to come to planet fitness. That's where I met Cody and he had been awesome in drawing up some exercises that coincide with what I was doing in therapy. A plan just for me. Just wanted to recognize these two individuals for a wonderful experience. Look forward to meeting the rest of the staff. They have big shoes to fill. Lol

Employees were rude, chatting with members about other things rather than waiting on people at the counter. Billing system is jacked up and charge you late fees even when given new account numbers. Not open 24 hours 7 days a week like most PF gyms. No trash cans in restroom area had to go into locker area to find a trash can. Equipment not maintained properly therefore did not work properly I know because I have worked in several gyms, lawsuit waiting to happen if someone gets hurt.

They always keep it pretty clean and are attentive to needs/requests. I have rarely encountered any issues, or any employees that were not helpful and happy to assist. I do wish there were some updated features, especially for black card members, i.e. some larger locations have sunless tanning as an option vs. the UV tanning bed; My mother passed from skin cancer when I was young and I refuse to use a tanning bed for that reason. I also do wish that the bagel and pizza days were still a thing.

This is a gym for young people to go and socialize. Most just stand around talking and taking up equipment that other people want to use. If they are not talking, they are usually looking at themselves in the mirrors. If you are serious about lifting weights and fitness, this isn't the gym for you. Only thing I like about it is the price but honestly I would rather spend more money for a better gym. This isn't planet fitness fault, it these young peoples fault. It is a great gym if your into just cardio. A lot of cardio equipment.

This facility is very clean and a refreshing environment. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I've brought guests with me and they too were impressed. My latest guest was very nervous about going into a gym and "Sheleah" at the desk was so supportive and kind. She smiled and made my guest feel welcomed and comfortable.
