Power 40 is 40 minutes of exercise utilizing 4 stations with 3 exercises at each station. Each exercise is repeated 3 times so within 40 minutes, you've had a full workout. While I have enough equipment of my own at home, I need the "classroom attitude" for the encouragement to not find excuses that would allow me to quit early. I'm one of the "senior athletes" doing Power 40 and have little to no trouble performing all the exercises. If physical problems prevent me from doing an exercise exactly as shown on the board, substitutions are readily made.

Love these workouts. I like the mix of cardio and strength work, and it's a great challenge. I find it making myself a better runner, which is my primary form of exercise, because it works on stabilizers and other muscles that I don't necessary work on on my own. It offers the right amount of challenge pretty no matter what kind of athlete you are or what your current level is.

Power40 is the perfect mix of exercise and fun. Is like Crossfit and Body Pump had a baby and that baby was freeking awesome. Amazing coaching staff that will help you reach your fitness goals - you will gain muscle and loose fat in all the right places. Fun environment - cool machines - never the same exercises, make the 40 minute intense workout a fun time. You also get lots of encouragement from the group of participants taking P40 to the next level. Management is very nice as well. Also they just got brand new machines that make it more fun. I was a fat looser before I started P40, 8 months later, still a fat looser, but at least I'm trying to do better and get fit. I can tell that after 8 months of doing it, I can jump higher and lift some weight, I also saw a muscle in my arm that was not there before, so is working. I would recumbent P40 for anybody that want to have a good time while exercising. You can do as much as you want - meaning - is just not only for old people but young people can take advantage of the trainers and get really good at it. If you can't afford CrossFit - and want to start finally that "New Year's Resolution in October" P40 is the way to go! I would recommend this to anybody.

Power40 has been life-changing for me! I love that you work hard for 40 mins, then you’re done. The workouts benefit all age groups, men, women, and fitness levels. The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable. They help you make modifications as needed and give you new ways to challenge yourself. If you haven’t tried, you should! 💛

Power40 workouts are awesome! 40 minutes full-body: cardio, lower body, upper body, core, all within one workout! Every workout each day is different. They have great music and awesome coaches that motivate you to keep pushing yourself. It is lots of fun and definitely worth trying!!

A great program that offers diverse exercises as a circuit that are designed to challenge you regardless of your experience. The coaches that lead each session can either help show you the proper form, how to pace yourself, or to challenge you to get that extra rep. It is definitely worth trying.

Looking for a mediocre gym with below average programs? Well then Power 40 isn’t for you my guy. Power40 is the first gym to make me feel comfortable and with their help I’m becoming greater than average. Very friendly helpful programs for average peeps like myself starting out!

This program launched in March 2021 at the Cordova YMCA. The class is divided into 4 zones for 10 minutes each, hence Power 40. It’s very similar to other popular HIIT gyms in the area. The coach was very motivating and informative. It’s worth checking out.

Power40 is my favorite workout! The energy in the studio is unbeatable. Expert coaches help with form and suggesting modifications for whatever your fitness level is. I leave every workout energized and feeling good! Would definitely recommend Power40 to everyone I know.

Power40 is an awesome group exercise program! The workouts are always very diverse and will leave you feeling exhausted (in a good way).
