Premier Athletics and their instructor Tina did an amazing job at hosting my daughter’s birthday party! All of the kids constantly talk about how it was the best time ever! We will definitely recommend Tina and Premier everytime someone mentions a birthday party for their kid!

We had my daughter’s birthday party here. Given she is only 2, it was still a great experience! She had a blast, and the staff member working the party was super attentive and helpful and spent time engaging with the kids! They have a variety of equipment and things kids of all ages would love. Will definitely celebrate here again!

Unfortunately, taking my child to this gym was incredibly disappointing. If you’re looking to build your child’s confidence and skills, this is NOT the place for you. Instead, it seems designed to do the opposite. The coaching and environment seem to actively contribute to a lack of growth and regression in skills. I’ve been reading through other comments and wonder how this place continues to stay in business given the consistent complaints.

I truly regret taking my child here and strongly advise anyone looking for a positive and encouraging atmosphere for their child to look elsewhere. This has been, by far, the worst gym experience we’ve had, and it’s concerning that it continues to operate with such poor standards.

I would not give this place the one star if it weren't mandatory.

Unfortunately my first time at this location was horrible.  Janet at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful.  Being the face of a business that is not modest in price I was expecting a higher level of customer service.  It is a shame we were really hoping to invest in Premier for a long time but after my experience I have chosen to travel a further distance gladly  investing in a business that has higher standards and holds their employees accountable for their behavior.  I would not recommend this location unless you are ok with being treated like you are just another number.

This review is strictly for a birthday party we had at this location. We requested an instructor who could instruct my daughter's invitees on tumbling. We paid in full a month before the party. When we arrived to the location, we were told, after having to ask, that there would not be an instructor for the class. This was very disappointing as we had told all the parents and kids that there would be one. Premier told us that all of their employees were at a competition. So, they would have known in advance that there was no instructor available and could have let us know prior to our party. We did get a $25 refund but that was only after I emailed and then called them about it. I got no response from my email so I called during business hours. They didn't seem to apologetic on the phone either. It sounded like this was common.

We had a horrible experience at this gym. My daughter was in the preschool 5 year olds class. We had a terrible teacher who paid no attention and taught them nothing. When I brought it up to the owner of the gym she didn’t get back to multiple emails and calls for over 3 weeks. Then when I canceled at the first or the month they refused to refund the month and gave me little if any recourse to use the make-up classes I had.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But unless you are in cheer or have personal connections so that you get special treatment, I would not recommend this place for gymnastics to anyone.

We attended a friend's birthday party and my daughter loved it so she wanted to do her's there as well. The day of the friend's party it was insanely hot as they did not turn the AC on early enough to cool the space down at all but we overlooked it since she really wanted to go back.

When I booked our party, the woman on the phone did say there would be a cheer practice in one section of the gym but said most people like it because it's very entertaining and there is still plenty of space. I cannot tell you how much this was downplayed....when we arrived the music was blaring so loud, there were probably at least 60 or 70 girls practicing over about 60% of the gym space, and their parents were all posted up in the bleachers that are directly against the party space. The girls were in an intense practice that felt like a scene out of Bring It On, it was incredibly distracting and having our kids play right next to them felt very awkward. The party host could tell I was incredibly disappointed when I explained I was not properly warned but she was probably 15 or 16 years old and did nothing. They NEED to be more honest about what to expect or not offer parties at those times - or offer them at an extreme discount with full disclosure of the environment. We were extremely disappointed and we will not be coming back.

Stop letting more and more kids join when there is NOT ENOUGH parking!!! The parking situation is a nightmare! They tell you only park in front and to the side of the building...well guess what there are more people (cars) then there are designated spaces. Today, was an absolute cluster. Cars were lined up and took up the entire length of the complex they are in. We were late to our class because people are stopping and dropping off their kids in the parking lot on top of people fighting for spaces. There are signs posted telling you not to park in front of other businesses, but what choice do we have? Do better Premier. You are at capacity! Timing out classes better is the least you could do for your paying customers!

The instructors are great, and my daughter has improved a lot in the past 10 months. However, it's a huge building and hard to see what's going on. And the building is very hot in the summer.

We had my son’s birthday party here on a Sunday this month and it would have been great… except I was informed a couple of days before the party that there would be cheer practice happening on one half of the room during the party. I was assured that it was not going to effect the party at all, that our group would have full access to the right side of the floor. I figured it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. Instead, when we get there we were required to keep our kids on our side (of course) while the cheer kids were allowed to take over some of the trampolines and other things on the party side. My son and his friends ALL complained that the cheer kids were taking over the trampolines and were rude. I even said something to a Premier team member about it and instead of asking the cheer kids to please let the party kids have the side that I paid for them to use, she walked over and just watched them gradually take up more and more of our kids’ space, disrupt their play, and did/said nothing. Our entire group was very disappointed in this and all who planned on hosting a party here have since changed their minds and are now looking elsewhere. I will not book here again, nor will I recommend others do so. It was even highlighted on paper at the end of the event to tip after this experience? Very poorly managed venue. There should be transparency at time of booking, and all groups should be required to abide by the rules. We are all paying customers. I did appreciate the setup and clean up.

There’s not enough good things I can say about Victoria! We started almost a month ago and she has been so amazing with my very nervous 3 year old. So happy with deciding to join premier for my daughter!

They’re remodeling I guess (February 2023), and instead of closing temporarily out of SAFETY concerns, they’re still open for birthday parties! My kid fell and got hit by some steel rod (luckily not hurt). It was dirty, smelly, dusty, with large bolts and steel rods unsafely exposed! Check the attached photos.

I do not recommend. Staff did not show up for my daughter’s birthday party. Said they had the time wrong. (Full refund granted by the general manager.) Gymnastics classes & gymnastics teams have varying teachers - some more devoted and consistent than others. Parking is very challenging in the afternoon. AC is often broken or not efficiently cooling the space. Would not recommend gymnastics competitive team - disorganized, poor communication, too many girls, inappropriate placements on team (including working on skills too far above where they should be which is unsafe, not helpful for mastering skills, and affects a young gymnast mentally/emotionally). Office staff member was rude when I attempted multiple times to reach the manager with concerns. Manager eventually listened to my concerns with understanding and provided requested refunds. Unfortunately, refunds don’t make up for the effects that all of these things had on my daughter’s passion for gymnastics.

Would be a great place if they could turn on the a/c. Considering how much money they make you would think they would keep it under 80…

Great classes and lesson progression. All of the kids have fun and the instructors are upbeat and patient. My kids have progressed a lot in spatial awareness and tumbling skills since they started here!

We are newer here. We have been coming for several weeks and have had no complaints so far. My daughter is 4 and loves the small gymnastics area! She looks forward to turning 5 and going out into the main floor!

Terrible. Teacher does not understanding how to work with children. Classses get too full with kids doing makeup classes. A total waste of money. Don’t waste your time. This place will only teach your children to hate gymnastics, not love it!!!!! Very poor. Nothing positive about this place. It is only mass chaos.
Stay away. Look for another gym if you want your children to love tumbling.
We kept trying but after children being excluded over and over at age 3 and 4 we have had enough.

Had a trial class for my toddler. Looked like a good place for older gymnasts, for toddlers they have separate area, teacher Ms Taylor was amazing, my 4 yo really liked her. However equipment was too baby-ish for my toddler. We’ve been doing gymnastics for almost a year and I felt like he could do much more and that set up would not allow him to progress much. And I don’t think they have open gym everyday but once a week.
