My wife and I have been going to Pro Results for many years. Daryl has always been a consummate professional. I would recommend his services to anyone regardless of age or fitness level. Most recently I have been recovering from a torn labrum in my shoulder. His knowledge and desire for all his clients to be the best they can be has helped me avoid surgery. I cannot thank him enough.
It’s unfortunate to see the negative ratings he has received especially from non clients . I suspect these angry people are individuals who park in one of 2 of his designated parking spots for clients or park illegally parallel to the front of his business blocking clients from getting in or out of their spots.

Daryl has tremendous experience with customizing both strength and cardio fitness training programs. He creates an environment where it’s okay not to be perfect but instead you are welcome for who you are and pushed towards your own personalized goals. The environment is very clean and he is dependable. I highly recommend Daryl.
