The owners are amazing people they were very helpful. And since we are new to the area, they offered themselves to help in anyway outside of the gym experience as well. Great gym with a lot to offer.

It's a great place to go for a good workout. I absolutely love Merri's dance class. People are very friendly, it's clean, and so many options to create your own workout that fits your schedule. Highly recommend this fitness center!!!

This gym suits all of our needs! 24 hour access and some of the best security! I love feeling safe when I'm there alone. My husband lifts heavy and the weights that are available suit his needs. Awesome place to work out! V💪💪

Even though it is a very clean place, unless you are over the age of 50 I do not suggest getting a membership here. After going to work out for one night it was very clear to see by the photos of security camera footage that was posted on the walls, that if your goal is to become stronger, this is not the place for you. After seeing these I couldn’t shake the feeling of being watched constantly, not only by the cameras but also by the staff. Also with rules posted on equipment and once again on the walls you can’t help but feeling like your in a planet fitness, where if you lift too heavy you’ll be kicked out.

So happy I found this gym! I was pleasantly surprised with all the great equipment in this place. The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming, and the gym was extremely clean and very well organized. I will definitely use this gym when I am in town!!

I love it everyone from the staff to the people who work out there are very friendly i take my 7 year old with me sometimes because they have a kids area and I work out with my 16 year old i would recommend this place to everyone

I wouldn’t go here. I came here once, and had direct deposit, they charged me over 50$ every month, and I only went there once, I told the lady, and she would not give me my money back from all the months they’ve took money out really a waste of money, and really aggravating don’t go here.

This gym is my happy place! Everybody is super nice and make you feel right at home! Its clean and spacious and offers a wide variety of classes for every level of fitness! The owner is such a sweet lady and I always feel better walking out than when I walked in!

The equipment is very good. Offers services as requested. Play area for children. Silver Sneakers can be used. Once signed up entrance pass does everything without addition actions.
