Absolutely atrocious customer service. I've been charged 8-9 times, And only been able to work out 3-4 of those months. It took 3 months for them to tell me how to get started working out. But they were fine charging me all those months.
A few months ago they change the door locks and gave NO information how to get inside. I emailed them 3 times in 2 weeks; no response. I called twice. No answer. There is NOWHERE on the website to cancel membership. I haven't been able to work out in months where I'M PAYING TO WORK OUT.
Their gym equipment needs some updates. They don't have any mirrors at all in the workout area. They don't care at all it seems.
