This gym is great, has a big selection of equipment, people are nice, decent location.

My biggest complaint is the air ventilation in here, or lack there of. It's a gym, everyone is sweaty, and it smells like a locker room the moment you scan your finger to enter the gym. Obviously it's a gym and that's to be expected, but better ventilation would be appreciated.

I went for the first time last night, I work nights and was hoping to find something open all the time and had a sauna! 50 bucks a month, worth it. Gym has everything you’d want. Not the newest equipment but who cares. Mostly used the cardio room as I came for the sauna. The reason I gave 4 stars was the gym was just what I was hoping but the sauna is disgusting, it looks and smells like it’s housed the homeless. I’m considering tossing thr towel I brought to sit on, and I was in the sauna maybe 2 mins. Do you guys ever clean the damn thing!?!?

I’ve been coming here for 2years now, after switching from Franklin Athletic Club and love it! It’s locally owned, cleaner and better run, plus open 24/7. The weights & machines are in better condition, and are fixed more quickly if one goes down, which is rare. The owner is very involved day to day, and you can tell. Quality people work here. Everything just works, consistently.

We have been members for about 4 years now. I needed a gym with kids care and this gym has ticked all the boxes. Leslie is amazing with all the kiddos in the Kidz Korner. There is even a screen I can watch them on while I run on the treadmill. Lots of work out options make this gym ideal for my whole family. I also love being able to use the infrared sauna. I will say every January and February it’s more crowded, but that usually fizzles when the New Years resolutions lose their glamor.

Today was my first visit, and I'm not mad about it. The cycle class was great and the guy up front, Pierre, was very kind while signing me up. He def seemed like someone who could give a tip or two on working out which is always a plus when joining a new gym. I'm looking forward to finishing my free 3 day pass and joining.

Don't worry by the "club cycling" class name...it's not club music, just upbeat pop music that helps you keep going. I'm glad it's not 90s techno like I've experienced before lol

This gym is wonderful. The class variety is great. The owner is wonderful and goes out of his way for his customers/clients. The only problem I've ever known is when clients feel they are above the rules, however this by no means is a reflection of the gym and I have seen the ownership attempt to handle this as best as possible. Would 100% recommend.

Great local gym with everything you can possibly need to get a good workout in. I'm giving 3 stars for now until I've been a member longer. My schedule allows me to hit the gym around 8:30-9pm. 2nd night there and it seems like this is prime time for teenagers. Which is cool. I'm all for kids working out and being away from the screens. Especially when you can see they have a routine in place. Tonight might have been the exception but I found that a few mom's might have brought the kids and then some that turned part of the weight room into a playground for a bit. Not a bad experience. I got my workout in. Just not what I'm used to. Gym is clean and equipment is well kept. Look forward to more workouts!

I really loved this gym while I was able to use it. It’s slightly on the pricier side but considering the quality of the equipment and employees I’d say it was worth it. Friendly people and helpful if ever you need anything. I appreciate that it was consistently clean and they were always looking to improve. Owner was willing to work with me when I moved out of the country and forgot to cancel membership. Much appreciated and great place. 10/10 recommend.

Gym is okay compared to others in area a little more pricey. Has been a little more busy lately and waiting for equipment but probably not terribly more than other gyms. Can usually always get on a treadmill and seems like they are up on matinence. I see the staff cleaning up a majority of the time and looks clean. Has drinks and other items reasonably priced. My wife likes the classes like spin class etc. Location for me was a bigger factor as I do not utilize a majority of the available amenities. Would have given a higher rating but cost here is as mentioned very high comparable with other gyms.

Clean facility with a very sensible layout and all the equipment you could need whether it be for cardio, bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, or even strongman. I also appreciate that most all of the equipment is high quality stuff (a lot of Rogue and Hammer Strength). They even have a wide selection of bars including olympic weightlifting bars, Ohio Powerbars, Swiss Bar, EZ bars, etc. And unlike commerical gym barbells, these actually have some knurling and don't slip out of your hands super easily.
Also, when I first joined, one of the selling points of the gym was that they try to get new equipment that the members want in the gym. I had been thinking for a few weeks about recommending they get a reverse hyperextension machine, and right around when I was planning on saying something, one showed up in the gym. I challenge you to find a commerical gym that does that.

It's got a plethora of equipment available. The staff are okay, not judgement free, but this isn't planet fitness. But the price is not good compared to the competitors nearby. I'd rather find a place that has a better price with the same equipment and better staff. Also not to mention, the whatever exercise class they have, the music is WAY TOO LOUD. I mean it literally shakes the building sometimes. Unless you wear headphones, be prepared for some loud music. Just save your money and go to a real exercise place.

Great childcare! I know that my kids will have fun and be treated kindly while I work out. As a mom of young kids having a chance to workout on my own is amazing. They are resonably priced and have quite a variety of machines. I wish they had more Zumba classes, but overall we love Spring Hill Fitness!

My husband and I have loved our experience with Spring Hill Fitness! They are affordable, and offer so much with their memberships! I love that group classes are included, as that is what I enjoy most. One of the best perks of working out at this gym is the daycare. I do wish the daycare's hours were better on Fridays and weekends, but we love utilizing them when they are open! They also have a wide assortment of weight lifting equipment, cross-fit equipment, tires (outside), etc. The cardio selection is impressive as well.

I moved to Spring Hill just about a year ago and I've been on a search for a great gym in town ever since. I have definitely found it in Spring Hill Fitness.

It's got something for everyone. Me? I go through different phases in my own training. Sometimes I like to be more "athletic" oriented. Sometimes more bodybuilding. This place has everything I need. Turf, sled, sandbags, dumbbells up to 140, an Olympic/Crossfit/Powerlifting area, a multitude of circuit machines, gymnast rings, an array of specialized lifting bars, glute/ham raise...I can go on an on.

They also have tanning, childcare, and some classes (not my thing...but nice that it's there). They really do have just about everything for anyone.

Two other pluses? It's VERY clean AND you have 24-hour access.

I'm very happy to have found a high quality training facility near my home.
