Joining Stackhouse back in May has been the best decision I’ve made in my fitness journey! I’m now 75 classes in and look forward to every workout. The coaches and members make this gym feel like family, and the support and motivation here are unmatched.
Stackhouse pushes you to accomplish things you never thought you could do, whether you’re new to fitness or have been in the gym for years. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! I feel blessed to be part of this amazing community.

One of the best Collegedale finds that we've stumbled across.
- Intense, 60-minute group workouts.
- Wholesome, encouraging coaches who care (and are happy to help you modify things as needed).
- Variety of ages and fitness levels.
- Two different workout class types ("Sweat" vs "Metcon" - see their website for details).
- Eight daily group workout times to choose from.
- The warmth of a small gym.
- Extremely clean.
- A convenient location. Close to everything.
(*The Legends Class M/W/F afternoons is for available exclusively for those 65+)
-You'll probably never see the exact same workout twice.
**They offer a free community workout every Saturday morning for those who can attend - no limit to the number of times you attend it. (Sign up online for the waiver and register for the free class).
**Weekday classes are easy to try, commitment-free. We started with the trial which is a one-time charge of $6 for up to 6 classes in 1 week. It does not auto renew. Just come see what they offer and see if its for you.

I love my Stackhouse Training (SH) community. They have awesome coaches! its a place i feel comfortable working at my own pace and level but still with encouragement and motivation from the coaches and co-members to try to push myself to get the results i want for my fitness journey. I like coming in and not to worry about what exercises to do ( especially at 5am when im barely awake 😁) coz it’s already programmed for the day. I love the way SH gives back to the community by opening their doors to anyone by having free workouts on Saturdays! Stackhouse training is a great workout place. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. The coaches provide modifications to accommodate varying levels of fitness yet at the same time provide encouragement and support to make me push myself. Stackhouse Training offers a sense of community during workouts. I love the variety of the workout sessions. It’s never boring. The people who work out are friendly and supportive as well.
