This yoga studio has totally transformed my relationship with yoga. I was burnt out on practicing for a year before I started coming to this studio. It is cozy and welcoming. Every teacher is perfect and so very kind. I have fallen in love with slower flows/yin and I have learned to truly connect with my body. Iβm forever grateful for this studio!
P.s. I promise Iβm not just leaving this review so I can get the square on the bingo card π

This is a beautiful colorful studio that feels like a welcome home. The teachers are all so very different personality and style-wise but are similarly trauma informed and adjust classes for the folks who show up!

I do not think there is enough space for me to say how wonderful this yoga studio is. My wife and I have been attending here for years and continue to learn and get challenged each and every class. Gillian is THE best teacher I have ever experienced. Her wisdom in poses and how to adapt to what your body can do is second to none. She continually will drop these deep wisdom bombs and then get you laughing with her silly phrases and ponderings. I have yet to have a bad experience at this studio and continually leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and challenged. I continue to have limits in my mobility, but the team here finds ways for me to adapt so I can get the most out of my practice. All in all, you cannot go wrong attending classes here at Steadfast and True.

Steadfast and True Yoga is a whole vibe! When you walk in you can feel the good energy, and the gentle warmth of those who are there. The classes vary in level and intensity, their schedule has options throughout the day, and all the teachers are dedicated to the practice of yoga. As a yogi in a larger body, S&T Yoga has helped me to develop my practice by providing modifications to all the spicy postures that others in class are able to hold. Since I've been going to S&T Yoga, I have grown in my use of blocks, bolsters, straps, and chairs so much that I can create my own modifications. Most importantly, I have realized that yoga is truly about focusing on your body and your mat.

I did an online version of a session and it was great! The flow was natural and the pacing wasnβt too tough. Plus, my body did things I didnβt even know it could do lol! So excited and would love to try another session!

This yoga studio is the real deal! There is laughter and joy and breath, hard work and gentle kindness. Whether it's the challenge of Ashtanga or the (challenging) relaxation of Yoga Nidra, the basis here is love. A true meeting of body and soul!

Visited the new South location today for lunchtime flow. This is easily the best yoga studio out there. I was a steady practitioner of Ashtanga at the Germantown location for a while, but fell out due to various life changes. They always make me feel welcome, peaceful, the classes softly yet clearly encourage me to understand my body and my breath and celebrate yet challenge where I am. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to go in Nashville! The teachers in this studio care about each person who walks in the door. There is a large variety of classes and times to fit any schedule. You simply won't find a better place to learn and grow through yoga. All are welcome exactly as they are.

I started my yoga journey a little over three years ago now and this was the place that inspired me to stick with it and go deeper. Iβve experienced nearly all the teachers and each one puts his or her own pizzazz on it, but youβre sure to come out stronger, more relaxed, and full. Thereβs no place like it!

Iβve been practicing at Steadfast and True for about 3 years. Itβs an amazing studio with fantastic teachers. Gillian the owner is one of my favorite teachers ever. Every time I come to one of her classes I learn something new. The community is also so welcoming and supportive. Love Steadfast and True!

Steadfast and True Yoga has sincere and knowledgeable teachers. There are many styles of classes to choose from and the instructors teach who is in front of them, modify the practice if necessary, and are very inclusive. It is a lovely community of students and teachers.

Amazing yoga studio with great energy. The owner is incredibly experience with a background in dance. I was able to get into asanas with her guidance that I never could before. I have over 10 years of experience but I always learn something new every time in her class. Highly highly recommend this place for beginners as well as advanced yogis. Just make sure you ready the class descriptions as the levels of difficulty vary.

Gillian St. Clair is the best yoga teacher in Nashville, if not Tennessee, and her commitment to Ashtanga yoga is admirable, inspiring, and a breathe of fresh air in a town dominated by studios with 'power' and 'hot' as their stylistic brandings. Gillie's been to Mysore, she believes yoga is as much a spiritual as it is mental and, perhaps thirdly, physical practice, and she teaches with the belief that laughter can be the most transformative, powerful of healing techniques. Steadfast and True Yoga is, above all, not just another yoga studio: it's a vibrant, dynamic, diverse community, with each practitioner bringing their personal trials and achievements to their mats, honoring one another and their teachers to better the Nashville, Tennessee, and global communities. This is SO RARE in a world dominated by hate and judgment. Come here, and practice daily, to find an alternative worldview, and to blossom into a new person. This is, after all, how samskara, the goal of every asana, is defined!

I first started going to this studio at their previous location and I make it a point to go whenever I'm living in Nashville. They really set themselves apart by having such amazing teachers. Some yoga studios I've been to are almost more focused on being a spa than teaching yoga. I love the humble, friendly, and traditional feel this one has.
