This gym is old school amazing. You walk in there’s slipknot banging on the speakers, people actually working out and lifting weights and not having social hour Flex Time in the mirror. You can use chalk and get loud and get o good workout in. Great gym really nice inside and very clean and well kept.

This gym is top notch. The equipment is in great shape. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I overheard the owner talking about her other store and stopped by there too (The Wicked Whit). Just an overall great experience.
