I have worked out with Coach V since 2019. The first time I joined was because in order to be approved for an insulin pump my A1C had to be at a lower number. Within 90 days of consistency I was approved. Fast forward to 2024 I was slacking off as I had so much going on in 2023. She immediately accepted me back and within 90 days my A1C went from 9.3 to 7.1! Thank you for accepting me back when I slacked off! Coach V genuinely cares about what she does and it shows.

I’ve been going to V’s for over 2-1/2 years now. I did a 13.5 mile overnight backpacking hike carrying 30+ lbs on my back this weekend going up and down steep inclines. The best part about this gym is the community! I originally joined for a 6 week fitness challenge, but I’ve made so many more friends who help motivate me as well as push me to reach my goals. So much that I’ve decided to stay a part of the gym! The support and education from the coaches keeps me coming back, and over the last two months, I have come so close to my current fitness goals - I actually have changed them to keep pushing myself. The classes are only 30 minutes and they have multiple classes throughout the day to work with your schedule. The coaches are so friendly and responsive to any questions I have, even via text. This gym is home! The members become family bc you see the same people each day in the boot camp classes! Each class is always new circuits and you train a different part of the body each day of the week! They offer HIIT and strengthening. They also offer yoga and hip hop step classes on saturdays, two of each per month. And recently we had a kick boxing class on Saturday! So much variety that i haven’t been able to find at any other gym facility! The classes are max 20 people per class so it allows the feel of personal training and more one on one with the instructors. They also allow you to book personal training sessions if you want! What more could you need. The instructors truly care about each and every one of us! The relationships are personable! I love everything about this gym! You can even come in a try a class before signing up to be a member! Come check us out! I promise you won’t regret it!

When I first joined I couldn’t touch my toes, do a sit up and other things I considered simple processes. With new medical conditions I was back to the beginning, but with consistent work-outs and being held accountable I have mastered some of my goals. A good friend recommended I try a class here. I thought...why? I don't like boot camp like classes, I get bored. I'm a Zumba girl. I liked the classes were only 30 minutes long so I decided to try it.

After that first class I was hooked and joined. I've been to over 30 classes (their app keeps track so I don't have to) and no class has ever been the same! I have never been bored. Somehow they are able to make HIIT classes fun and the time seems to go by really fast! Everything is set up before I get there and classes start on time. I really appreciate they respect my time.

You also get personal attention. The instructors know your name and are there to help if you have certain fitness/health goals, etc. They want to help you reach them! All the other people taking classes are friendly too! I felt welcome from day 1. I'm really glad I joined!

I’ve been working out at Hermitage FBBC since January of 2020 and previously also worked out at the Nashville location. Before FBBC I would always join a gym, pay for a few months, and find a reason to cancel my membership- clearly that is not the case here. Jai and the other coaches genuinely care about each of the members and are excellent in their field. They are constantly watching each persons form ensuring we are doing each exercise correctly and providing modifications based on each individuals level. Everyone at FBBC feels like family and I look forward to getting my 30 mins in each time.

I have been a member of Fit Body Boot Camp for 2 years now and it was the best decision I have made for my health and overall physical and mental fitness. When I started I could hardly do any exercise without some modification. I had a body fat percentage of around 40 percent and weighed almost 170 pounds on a 5 ft 2 frame. I was a classically trained dancer years ago and being older I find that this is the BEST workout in town. It’s only 1/2 hour and connects every part of the body and it doesn’t damage the body like normal boot camps. Don’t be afraid to try!!! Coach J was a physical therapist for the army so he KNOWS your injuries and continually modifies AND the people in the chase are SO supportive. Unheard of in the Hermitage/Donelson area!!! I used to play sports my whole life and through half of my college years. I maintained my fit body (by not doing anything) for about 3 years until my age started catching up to me and the weight started to pile on. Because I played sports and have always been in shape, I never needed to learn how to eat well and how to workout on my own, and it honestly set me up for failure because I hate gyms, I don’t know how to use the equipment, and I’ve never been a runner, etc. Fit Body Bootcamp came into my life in January 2019. I’ve always wanted to try it because of the structure and the fact that you have coaches to show you the workout, make sure you have correct form, and also make you work hard at each workout. This is what I needed from a workout because this is how my whole life with playing sports went. And with that said, Hermitage FBBC delivers all of that, and so much more. My coaches really believe in me, they push me to my limits, and encourage me to go further. I’ve tried various weight loss programs, exercise classes, having a trainer. But this, this stuck. I haven’t missed a beat. I go every week, I don’t talk myself out of it, and I’ve gotten awesome results and through a healthy balance. Not only do my coaches care about me in the gym, but my coach follows what I’m eating through an app and he tracks my workouts with me to see my progress. Long story long, it’s the only thing that has made me change myself for the better, and stay that way. Highly recommend, clearly.

Great place to get a great workout, and feel as if you’re part of a family. Nobody judges, everybody is very supportive! It’s co-Ed, and all ages from late teens to 70 plus! All different levels! All the coaches are knowledgeable, they take time to work with you on correct form, will meet with you one on one to discuss any issues, go over nutrition, etc. You will not find a more caring facility. It’s very intense, BUT you modify at YOUR LEVEL!! I love this facility; and I love the coaches. You can’t go wrong!!

I have been looking for a workout facility that is located conveniently from my job to home that's not overwhelming & fits my personal goals. Not sure about the actual boot camp, I never got to try it. I had a groupon for 5 classes. I called and called to set up orientation and there was never an answer. I left a few messages and never received a call back. Idk if they are closed or just didn't want me there because I was using a groupon. When I find a gym I like I'm very loyal and spread the word. For example, I only lived in Huntsville for 2 years, in that time I talked 6 people into joining my gym and they brought more people with them. Hermitage fit body boot camp lost a customer with their terrible customer service. Wouldn't give them another chance and i saw in recent reviews that I'm not the only one this happened to

I have been working with the team here for about 9 months and it was the best fitness decision I ever made. Jai and his team are great trainers and care about their clients. I've been to 6 classes now and I'm hooked. The workouts are intense but they go by super fast and the trainers make it fun. Each trainer has their own style which adds variety and they all know their stuff! They give modifications as needed but always push you for more. Their social media presence is strong too and gives added support for nutrition info, recipes, exercises and just general motivation. I highly recommend Hermitage Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone no matter what their fitness level may be. These guys are great and have a genuine passion for helping us succeed.

When you are a big guy (over 400 lbs) there aren’t many gyms or trainers that will even talk to you. I went into Planet Fitness looking to join and the staff there told me, “we cannot help you and you are too big for the equipment, fat ass.” Literally was called a “fat ass” by a gym.

So when I heard about Jai (Coach J) through a post on Facebook, and his post, “I can help anyone,” I wasn’t just skeptical, I was snarky. I responded to him that he’d think different when he saw me and run the other way. But he convinced me to meet with him, to give him a chance, sight unseen. I was skeptical. I was wrong.

A little over a year later, even though battling through some medical issues due to genetics and an unhealthy lifestyle previous, Coach J has worked with me to transform my out of shape mess into something a little healthier. Over the course of the last six months alone, I am down 75 lbs. I still have a long way to go, but my energy levels are returning, and so is my health. Over the course of the last year, Coach J has not only been my trainer, but a close friend and confidant. We’ve comisserated together, sweat together, cried together, laughed together... he cares about people inside, who they are, who they want and can be.

There is a book I like (one of my faves) called The Five Love Languages, by Gary Chapman. It states that everyone has a primary and secondary language they express love with:

Quality time
Receiving gifts
Acts of service
Physical touch

Coach J and his hand picked trainers are definitely “Acts of Service,” and “Words of Affirmation” folks. They are committed to making their clients, who are more like a family or Tribe, better. Feel better, eat better, breathe better, live better. It’s their service to their loved ones. Their secondary language is Words of Affirmation, because they will never tell you that you can’t. You may get some straight talk that you aren’t ready for something, even when you think you are, but they will get you to that point because eventually you can and will. They encourage, motivate, and empower. It’s simply amazing.

And did I mention... Coach J didn’t just one day decide to be a trainer. Nope, he spent 23 years in the US Army, training some of the most elite soldiers in physical fitness and rehabilitation. Coach J has the real world experience that comes from an organization with over 240+ years of proven results in what works and what doesn’t.

If you think you can’t make a positive change in your health, your weight, your strength and flexibility... I am telling you, with these folks you can. Take it from a skeptic turned believer by proof positive results. It’s never too late to make you a priority and make you better.

First off I’m so happy Hermitage has a boot camp! I absolutely love this place. The staff works with you but also pushes you to push yourself. It’s only 30 Mins and man it goes by quick. I recommend this place for anyone of any age and any fitness level to join.

If you looking to lose your hard earned money, have your messages/phone calls ignored, and then not even have a building to workout in because he can’t stay on top of his lease....Go see him!!

I’ve been going back and forth with this scam artist for over a month regarding my money that he owes me due to him not knowing how to run a business. Then when questioned on it, he can’t and won’t provide any information. And that’s if he responds. Never in my life have i seen a more clueless and insensitive business owner.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!

I also noticed he said that his expected opening date is April 2nd, which just so happens to be the same day he promised me my refund. This man and his program is a LIE!

So happy I finally went! Boot Camp was a mystery to me, my first time going was great. I enjoy the variety and it was fun. I love that fact that I could feel comfortable going at my level. Coach J helped me when I could not jump. He showed me alternatives for a great workout. At first I didn't think I could finish but about half way through I got a burst of energy from the session. This is an AWESOME Boot Camp!! No joke! I initially was intimidated by the term “Boot Camp” but soon discovered it was actually fun to me! I mean to burn 450-500 within 30 minutes! You can’t beat that!!
Plus the coaches are down to earth, yet very serious when it comes to my overall health and nutrition. Their not yelling at me and making me feel like I just joined the dang ARMY!!

Overall, I feel like I’m a part of a family here, which helps hold me be accountable. The classes are small and quick too, which is a definite plus!! I’m not going anywhere anytime soon Coach J!!
